Richard came by to do a checkup of my HVAC and was really thorough. They arrived on time and were able to figure out what needed to be repaired right away.

Very pleasant fellow who gives an honest report of issues and works with you to assist helping solve your problem with best option for your needs. Prices a bit higher than anticipated but reasonable for purposes and warranty included.

Kyle came to check out our furnace last Friday and throughly explained what was wrong with it. Explained repaire and new furnace pricing difference patiently. Today Ramses and team came out to install new furnace in no time! Great team !Great work! 👏 👍

Heat went out in the middle of the night they had a technician (Rich) out within 2 hours. He did a great job diagnosing the problem. Was able to order part. Scott came back that night at replaced the part. Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. This is the first time we used Freedon Heating and Cooling and it won't be the last. I highly recommend!
4/20/2023 Had Freedom out again today! Ignazio and Matt came, they did 2 a/c cleanings and maintanence. They explained everything along the way and it was such a positive experience. I felt like I could really trust them and their knowledge of the business...I highly recommend this company.

Freedom came out to clean our boiler. The scheduling process was super easy. Richard arrived on time and was awesome!! He was super helpful and knowledgable about boiler systems. Highly recommend Richard and Freedom Heating.

Scott cleaned three furnaces for me as part of our annual maintenance. He was thorough and quick. We chatted as he worked. He was both personable and professional. The company honored an advertised discount even after I’d had to reschedule twice! The people who answered the phone took the time to let me know where I was on the schedule so I could plan my day better. Very happy.

Woke up to furnace on the fritz. Placed a few calls and were so grateful for immediate and courteous response from Freedom. They had come highly recommended by a couple of sources. Rick was prompt and let us know in advance that he was on his way. He made several attempts to solve the problem, explaining his strategy as he went along. He was methodical and thorough. It was clear to us that sadly the (10 year old) furnace needed to be replaced. His team arrived a few hours later, and by the end of the day, everything was installed and working beautifully. We will definitely use Freedom again and they will be our first call. We were very pleased with all aspects of their service. Rick is a real professional and we felt he did everything he could to solve the problem. Everything was fully explained which helped us feel. confident in his approach.

I was having issues with my heating system as it was not heating the house I called freedom within 1 hour Scott was out to my home, he had great knowledge of the HVAC system and also made recommendations. I'm so grateful that they were available on such short notice especially with this cold Chicago weather. I will highly recommend freedom and also ask for Scott on my next visit! Superb customer service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable 💯
