Every time I work with Freedom they always come right out the same day or the next. I have never had to wait for them. The technicians, especially Mario, are always personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. Though it is no fun to have something go wrong with your furnace or air conditioner, the attitude of the guys here at freedom always make the service call a pleasant experience. I trust them and will definitely continue to use them for the maintenance and service of my heating and cooling system.

This was my first time working with Freedom Heating and Cooling and it was a very positive experience. I scheduled an appointment to troubleshoot an AC unit that was blowing air, but was not actually cooling. Kyle Rivera was the technician that came out to look at my AC unit and he was extremely professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and communicated very frequently and clearly about what issues he encountered with my unit as well as what options I had. He was very transparent about what the actual issue was, the pricing of the repairs, as well as the next steps to be taken. He ended up providing a solution to turn my AC back on. Scheduling an appointment was very quick and easy. I spoke with an employee on the phone and they immediately found an appointment for me for the next day. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I was provided

We have been using them since moving to this area several years ago. They offer really great specials for maintenance. They made sure our furnace and ac are working, never needed expenses for any repair. Last appointment was done by Ignazio, who provided reliable service at low cost. We can only recommend him and this company.

Ramses and his associate worked efficiently and professionally. Requested service was for a chimney liner. Freedom Heating and cooling is a local company for the local people. Scheduling was effortlessly handled over the phone but i have also used their online scheduling for other services.

I was VERY pleased with the workmanship with this company. The guys did an excellent job installing my new AC unit and A/C Indoor Matching Evaporator Coil! Plus cleaned the Blower Wheel. They had tarps down to cover the area which they were working and afterwards vacuumed the area they worked. They were very neat and all the guys were very respectful as well.

We have used Freedom for years for our HVAC and have always been happy with their service. We had an issue with our heater over night and called Freedom in the morning. Richard showed up by 10:30a and had our issue resolved by 11a. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I appreciate the reminder calls for upcoming appointments. Ignazio was prompt and professional in servicing our air handler units. I appreciated his help in getting the return grill down from the ceiling to clean. He also told us about additional services we could get, but was not at all pushy about it.

My air conditioner was spilling water and I am happy to say that Mario did a wonderful job. He diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it. I scheduled another appointment to have him come back to maintain the units. Mario was professional and I look forward to seeing him in next month!
