Freedom heating and cooling installed the central air conditioning unit in our house. They have come by every year and did the preventative maintenance checkup. Always good prices Always kind, courteous and on time. I have nothing but good things to say about freedom, heating and cooling.

Always professional and productive appointments with Freedom. I have used them since my first condo 10 yrs ago and will continue to twice a year. Mario was awesome, super knowledgeable and talked me through everything.

Today Max B. came out to ck. my air. It was running, but not cooling. He determined it needed freon. I told him after I had the air installed last year it needed freon. A new unit should not require freon. He inspected the unit, found the leak and repaired it and charged it. Max was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to inspect the unit rather than just putting in freon and leaving. This should have been done last year. Everyone I've dealt with have been professional. Max B. exceeded all others and should be commended on his work ethics. Thank you Max B. I appreciate your dedication. 👍

Team was great and accommodating. Had a last minute issue morning of my appointment and they made a change in the schedule and came out earlier. Kyle was polite, quick and efficient! Hoping not to need to reach out for repairs but I know who I'll be calling if I do.
