So happy to use this company. They are pretty informative and professional with good deals.Thank you to Richard for AC maintenance today. Also Kyle and Rick did great jobs in the past. We will use them again!

Richard was our savior. I - resident of Chicago for over a decade - know better. Yet... I did not call Freedom to get my service done and as soon as winter showed up, our furnace stopped working.

Richard call in the morning as promised by dispatched. Showed up in the one hour window he promised. I was in the middle of the work day and he went to work without question. He politely interrupted me to show me the burnt out sensor he needed to replace, was clear about the cost and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Paid by credit card on his tablet.

I hope all of my service call go this smoothly.

Freedom has performed annual maintenance on our two year old HVAC system. The technician Kyle Rivera did both our furnace in the fall and a/c in the spring. He was timely, respectful and gave us high quality service.

Scott was a pleasure to have come out and do the heating checkup. A courtesy call was given a few minutes prior to the appointment window and he kept his word to make it within 30 minutes. Upon arrival he reintroduced himself with a smile and proceeded to conduct his work only needing me to kick the heater on. I was informed of current and possible future issues and given suggestions which made the decision making a lot easier and less stressful. The service was agreed upon and quickly installed which gave me time to run errands for the remainder of the day. All in all the company Freedom and the tech Scott are alright with me.

Kyle from Freedom Heating, Cooling & Electrical came to respond my service call in late May. He articulated the issue clearly and provided solutions promptly. I like his professionalism and way of communication very much and will use this company for future HVAC work in the future.

Kyle was great! Also he recommended minor fixes that I needed but did not act disgusted when I said not right now. Which is just what I am looking for when I ask for a service. I am not looking for a used car salesman to pressure me into something on my only day off.

So again, Kyle was Great and informative!
