Highly recommend! I do the yearly maintenance with Freedom every year. They have Great service and very good with follow up. Kyle Rivera was very knowledgeable and kind.

We had a new heating system put in and the technicians were fabulous.
Very professional, answered all my questions, the job took seven hours and they never took a break just kept working to get heat to the house in our Chicago 30 degree weather. They arrived on time, set up tarps and cleaned up any mess that was created when they finished. We are very happy with the finished product.

Scott was great. Readily complied with wearing COVID mask. He pointed out a number of issues I had with my furnace that I was unaware of, gave me quotes for repairing the issues as well as a realistic assessment in case I neglected to do these. I discussed a concern I had and he gave me a cogent explanation involving the kind of air filters I was using. I was very glad to have had such a knowledgeable guy giving me their $69 furnace special.
