Our furnace decided to go kaput, so we got in touch with freedom H&C. Ramses and 2 other men (Isaiah? we sadly couldn’t recall their names) were all professional, helpful, and provided quick yet quality service for our new furnace installation. We appreciate their time and the evening away from their own families to help us in the dead of winter and to make sure our home and family stay warm.

Richard was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. He also noticed that my nest thermostat was connected incorrectly and was able to fix that as well. Other techs have told me Nests are very difficult to work with.

Mario was great! He was professional, reliable and punctual. He replaced our A/C compressor in no time. Thank you for the great service.

I’m pretty late to writing this review but every time i feel the heat blowing in my store i think about the amazing team that came out in freezing weather to repair my old unit. Four guys came out and all of them were friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. I’ve had a lot of different companies come out to repair stuff around my business but after my recent experience with these gents, at Freedom Heating and Cooling, i won’t be calling anyone else. Thanks again for the great service.

I was told I have a leak in my unit and it was just that the water return had a lot of dust and the water could t drain. They quoted me $12,000 for a new unit and then the next year said they do not service or install these units anymore. Sounds like they were trying to make a quick buck. Beware.

Second time using Freedom Heating and Cooling after they performed some repairs that other big companies wanted to charge a fortune to do or weren't interested at all. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them. Ignazio was on time, professional, thorough and efficent. Highly recommend!

Kyle Rivera with Freedom was punctual, efficient, and professional. He did a wonderful job I would recommend this company to my friends and family, and will use them again.

Scott was prompt, quick and efficient. He was considerate of the space and didn’t make a mess. I’ve recommended this service to my landlord in the future. His last name was not provided. Kyle Rivera also was very helpful in finding our most recent motor.

Ignacio and Mario showed up on time , professional and ready to work. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the situation I was having with my furnace. They did an excellent job diagnosing the problem ( ended up being the electric board). Luckily I had a spare one and provided it for installation. Unfortunately when they attempted to install the board, they noticed some of the connectors still wet. They informed me it wasn't a good idea to connect the replacement board until the connectors were dry, because it may short out as well. So I left 2 box fans running all night so everything would be dry by morning. They called me at 8am sharp , to see if they could stop by to install the board. I said " Definitely ". They arrived 20 minutes later. I let them in and they got to work. All the connectors were dry so they began connecting the board. 30 minutes after they arrived I had heat. These guys really know their stuff. My daughter recommended them and I'm glad I called. Thanks for your help Ignacio and Mario. You guys did a great job! God bless and stay safe.

I highly recommend! Our furnace stopped running late in the day and they had someone there the next day to try everything they could to diagnose and come up with a repair plan. When it became clear our 23 year old furnace needed to be replaced, the staff worked to rearrange the non-urgent repair calls for the next day to ensure our family had heat ASAP and they were there early the next morning to make that happen. Ramses, Nick, Mario, and the whole Freedom team were responsive, professional, communicative and went above and beyond in many ways including making an extra trip to our home to drop off multiple space heaters to get us through a cold night and taking the time to look at a garage heater after a long day of furnace installation. I will use them again and again for yearly maintenance and any other repairs that might arise in the future.
