Mario performed a thorough a/c system check and found and replaced a faulty component. He explained what the problem was and gave me a price for a replacement part before he did the work. When completed he showed me the old part and explained what it did and why it was going bad. This was the second time we've used Freedom Heating, Cooling & Electrical. Each time their agents were on time, courteous and respectfully of our home, both visits were on bad weather days. Ignazio was very professional and patient, my husband likes to hover. He took the time to explain what he was doing and after finding that there was nothing that needed to be repaired told us so and why. Appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not try to sell us on fixing something that was not broken. Been there, done that. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Ignazio came over for a routine inspection of the AC unit that Freedom installed a few years ago. He was considerate to call beforehand to inform me of the time he would be arriving. He was friendly and efficient, and even hosed down the outside unit to clean off a little debris. Thank you!

Listen, the furnace has been bad for 5 years. First tech. Amazing gave me 5-6 years left on the machine. Broke down in exactly 5 years n 2months. Next, technician changed a sensor and recommended replacement. Just did a repair. Amazing, job 👏 blew our minds away with cst. We never got to tell four seasons how well his service was.
So now getting a new one installed by them. I have a feeling the service will be nothing but the best.
I will follow up review after my installation of my new furnace by them. 5 star 2 techs in a row. Nothing less expected on 3/5/23.

We’ve had Freedom inspect our AC and furnace units for several years now. This year we skipped inspection and sure enough, our upstairs furnace broke on a cold winter day. Rick from Freedom came the same day I called and quickly identified the issues and repaired our furnace. He gave an honest assessment in what I should fix vs hold off on based on my furnace’s age and condition. I highly recommend them given their responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing! Freedom had been servicing our units before we bought our condo so called to continue service. Our AC unit is 19 yrs old. Kyle Rivera pointed out everything that should be upgraded. Offered a discount and will apply service fee to new unit. Booked replacement at a time to fit my schedule. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because my window was 8 am- 12 and they didn’t show up until 1 pm.
