TDH Mechanical installed my new furnace and AC in 2016. I have been very satisfied with the initial installation and the annual maintenance. TDH provides knowledgeable techs and fully stand by the products they sell. I highly recommend TDH Mechanical.

George and Ceasar did an outstanding job with the removal of my old unit and the installation of my new heater, coils, thermostate, and A/C unit! Tim and Jacquie ensured everything else ran like clockwork and have exceptional followup skills to ensure everything ran well from start to finish. Including the duct work cleaning I scheduled for the following week! I'd highly recommend this team!

TDH removed and replaced my furnace and AC, great crew of folks to work with, on-site and those in back office. Presented a competitive bid and was chosen becasue they offered the safest method to install. I highly recomend their services.

Quoted $3,400 for AC + furnace for a 1200 sq foot condo in Chicago. Ended up paying $6,800 via bait and switch. The owner would not return my calls nor reply to the email they sent me to discuss what happened.

Again originally quoted $3,400 for the full AC and furnace replacement and was told after the AC was installed that only the AC was replaced. Then was told that the AC would only work with a brand new furnace. Was extremely upset that they pulled a bait and switch but felt pressured to get the AC up and running because I had tenants who were complaining.

Was quoted $2,400 for the furnace and then received a call for payment after furnace install and the price was $3,400 even after $2,400 is what was discussed on the phone and the quote that was emailed to me. Was informed after the install without my prior consent that the furnace they actually installed wasn’t the $2,400 that was quoted because the building only allowed high efficiency.

Sad because the last experience I had 3 years ago was great. Bought a larger AC + furnace around 3
years ago and it cost me $4,000.

Everyone at TDH has been professional, extremely thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone took their time to explain the equipment and installation process of our new HVAC system. The installers, Mark and Jose were awesome!

Quote was done on Saturday and they installed on Monday at 7am. They were completed by 4:30pm. This was a total removal of a 22 year old furnace by Jorge and Cesar. They installed a new Trane furnace with all the new ductwork and cleaned up and left the basement spotless Very professional and neat. I had a slight problem the next day with the humidifier (not theirs) and they came back the next day and corrected it within two hours of the call. We will use them for all future service.

I don't know how other HVAC companies compete against TDH. Put in a top brand (Trane) 2 stage for the price others were quoting me for a mid brand one stage. The Installer (Mark Keenan) found a world of hurt when they pulled the old unit out and crafted a great fit on the spot (with a trip to the Home Depot). Instead of 5 hours it took 7 to finish the job, did not even ask if he could charge me more - which I would have understood.

Was super impressed by the great job they did on our A/C checkup and cleaning. I expected them to just house of the outside units. He ended up spending hours disassembling and cleaning every part of the unit. Looked like new after the job was complete. I was amazed at the amount of dirt that he removed off the coils.

Second time we've used them for system installation (different homes). They did a great job the first time but even better on a more difficult install on the second time. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate using them in the future.
