Thermostat replacement led to seriously consider replacing my nearly 25 year old furnace and AC. TDH was one of several that quoted the job. They took into account I already had a brand new thermostat, and provided a very competitive price AND install in 4 days. During a heat wave, that was phenomenal. Installation and removal complete in single day. Excellent cleanup. I won't hesitate to use them for maintenance.
Financing was offered at 0% if paid within 18 months - but Wells Fargo deferred interest is 28.99% -just so ya know.

Awesome service from start to finish, the sales rep Ken, was fantastic he was very professional did a thorough inspection made his recommendation and no pressure sales pitch I felt he was very open and honest, this made the experience that much better. First impression are lasting thanks Ken, I also will like to say kudos to Jim, he followed up to make sure I understood the proposal and if I had any questions he was open to answer and thank me for the opportunity try and win my business. I must admit before choosing TDH, as the company of choice l got four other estimates and it came down to the service every company has an opportunity to raise the bar of service to be compared too, and TDH, definitely did that for me. The installation by Jose, the the lead tech on this job was great, from the start he was on time as promised and they worked with precision paying attention to every detail, used protective items and cleaned up after they completed the service. TDH Mechanical installed a new minisplit system in my new house. They were extremely punctual and worked long hours to get the job quickly. They were great about speaking to me about what I wanted and checking in throughout the process. When one of the units didn’t work properly at first, they promptly honored their workmanship guarantee and sent someone out to fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my third time using TDH, the first time was over 20yrs ago when I had my heat separated from my mom and sisters at that time I installed central air and heat in my apartment. I then used them again about 2yrs ago to separate the 2nd and 3rd-floor heating so their heating would be central as well. I have now used them for the 3rd time to replace my furnace, air conditioner, and added 2 new air conditioners. Jose who was the main technician was always at my house on time, told me everything he was doing and made me feel secure in his knowledge, and they cleaned up after themselves!!! That may not seem like a lot but for me very important. I work and the last thing I wanted to have to deal with was coming home cleaning up after workers. At this time I am very satisfied.

I will never ever use anyone else again. We are already planning for next year to change out our other ac system. Honestly, they are the best. Tim and Jim! Your team is amazing. I called many places and was just scared of hiring the wrong people. I am beyond happy we went with TDH. Our ac went out on our level where all the bedrooms are located. We were sleeping in the basement for about 2 weeks, until I found TDH. They came within a couple days. We were so happy with the price and the service. The terms were doable! TDH recently installed Mitsubishi Trane tri-zone ductless mini-splits in my 2Flat's second floor apartment. I received/vetted four proposals and opted for TDH based on their clarity and direct communication style, price + financing options; solid reviews are always a plus. Wojter & Jesus were my install Tradesmen - I love them! They did a stellar job... very detail oriented, super tidy/clean as they worked interior/exterior; I requested masks to be worn while inside, no issue. I had such a great experience I changed my friends mind on their HVAC install to go with TDH. Solid choice!

TDH just installed a split unit into a "3-season" room of mine and now the room is usable all year round. This is our second install of a steam boiler replacement by TDH. The workers were knowledgeable, efficient and responded immediately when an item was not on site. They met the timeline and the site was fully cleaned up of all debris. Would recommend without hesitation.
