Very good men that did work today, install was done very good and only about 8 hours, picked up mess with another person, he also was awesome, helped me get a couple of things out of basement for scrap. Would recommend them for future work. Only wish I could have met Tim the owner.

Exceptional, they were amazingly responsive, it renews your faith in contractors. Very communicative, very professional from the office staff to the install team. They only deal in good quality units, not builder's grade, and back their service with guarantees. I'd highly recommend them to any home owner!

This review is long overdue, but that is the nature of their work...the central air unit that they installed has been working so well that I never need to think about it. As for the customer service, first of all, I shopped around and they offered me the lowest price by far...I won't give the final price as I don't want to inflate expectations as I do believe my haggling abilities helped out. Their service was excellent despite the low cost. I had an unit whose size was no longer manufactured, and due to a mistake by their equipment provider, they originally purchased a unit that could not fit into the closet space in my condo. As a result of me having to take a day off from work when they couldn't finish the job, they knocked off another $280 off the price! They ended up needing to put the AC component on the roof, and they drilled a whole in my ceiling that has never leaked. Also, they honored the warranty with no questions asked and Chris came out twice to service the unit...the first time to fix a wiring issue and a second time which was really as a result of a heavy storm. Jim was courteous & accommodating on the phone on follow up calls. I highly recommend these guys!

I was recently in the market for a new HVAC system and had obtained five quotes. Tim the owner of TDH was very friendly and gave me a detailed walk-thru of the quotes and installation process. TDH offered the best price which included a furnace that was a a more expensive model (variable speed vs single speed or two speed). I was able to schedule the installation on a day that worked best for my schedule and the installers arrived precisely on-time. The AC condenser that I was quoted wasn't available at their supplier so TDH gave me a much upgraded model (higher seer rating) at no additional cost. The installers were friendly and did a great job of cleaning-up after the work was complete. TDH also had the best parts and labor warranty. I'll be recommending them to any friends and family that needs HVAC work.

This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with for HVAC... They made an appt to come out at 7am to replace my boiler and they were here at 6:50am. Jorge was awesome I would highly recommend them. A+
