I been using TDH for the past decade and have a been very satisfied, Today, I had a terrible experience when a tech came to service my furnace.

I have yet to receive a response from any staff member. I will never use TDH again as failure to respond to a customer who has a complaint is unacceptable. I have lost complete trust.

Great communication & professionalism from beginning to end. TDH provided the best quote, didn’t try to upsell me on products or services I didn’t need and quickly replaced an AC unit I needed updating in a timely manner. They checked in after the install to make sure everything was going well with the new AC and to make sure I didn’t have any issues registering for the manufacturer warranty. Grateful for the service I received from the TDH team and I would definitely use them again next time I have any HVAC issues.

Our experience with TDH was great.. We were in the process of replacing an air conditioning unit for our 3rd floor condo in the city (in the middle of a heat wave and post-COVID supply chain issues.). TDH was one of three companies we contacted for estimates, Deljo and Four Seasons being the other two.

From a price standpoint, TDH was far more competitive. Deljo wanted $6,500 for a 3-ton Carrier unit and Four Seasons wanted $8,200 for a 3-ton Lennox unit. Our total landed price with TDH was in the mid-five thousands. They supplied us with a 3.5-ton Trane unit.

From a service standpoint, the entire process from initial conversation to quote and installation was seamless. The crew did a great job with the install. We'll use them going forward for any future HVAC needs.

I never used a better company service before. I had a fire inside my furnace and had to change highway, TDH Mechanical gave us a reasonable quote and explain all the detailed and price costs. Bernie was the person who installed, he is very professional and explained all the steps for me. they did a great job and were clean. The customer service is also fantastic. Anything you need they will call back to you and schedule a time.

The entire process, from getting a quote, to having an estimator come out to verify and the installation of a new furnace and a/c was flawless. The price was the best we received. Jose and his partner were prompt, polite and immaculate. We would not hesitate to recommend TDH MECHANICAL.

I had a great experience with TDH Mechanical. They did a full HVAC replacement of 2 systems in my single family home, including furnace and air conditioners. They were highly consultative and patient during the selling process, all work was completed on time with high quality, and the team was neat and courteous. When the units needed a bit of tuning post install (normal), they were back onsite in a matter of hours. Tim, the owner, is hands on and responsive and proactively checks back in on how things are doing. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
