Green Air Care - Chicago

I recommend Green Air Care to everyone needing heating/cooling work. I called Artur in the morning and he worked me into his afternoon schedule that day, and fixed the cooling unit at my home in under hour. Professional, honest man, and great prices.

I chose Green Air Care because of a coupon I found on Amazon. Matt and another guy came to clean our vents, returns and sanitized. They were very detailed and showed me each step of the job. At the same time, we had a leak on our AC. Eric came to check it out and he was very knowledgeable. Having a Type A personality, I have to know every detail of the job. To make a long story short, I was very SATISFIED with his work. He did not cut corners, communicated very well and gave EXCELLENT customer service. All in all, I would definitely recommend Green Air Care for your air duct cleaning and HVAC services. THANK YOU FOR THE STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPY!

Although, one of the representatives at the office made several mistakes, the technician did an amazing job: he was professional, courteous and displayed genuine concern for my issue. He was great! Further, their manager was helpful in resolving the errors by the office staff. He went above and beyond to ensure that the mistake was rectified, as much as possible, so for that I must say, “I will continue to use their services and will be signing up for their maintenance program.”

Overall experience was great. They were very polite and knowledgeable on their jobs. They all (3) entertained my ridiculous questions and answered every time! Took 8 hours to install which is a little longer than I expected, but I believe my expectations were off since they never stopped working! Good crew, I'd use them again.

I highly recommend Green air care. I called these guys for same day service when I had heating issues. They were complete pros knowing exactly how to diagnose the issue and exact fix without huge expense. Don't bother looking elsewhere- these guys are the best and reasonably priced as well. Call them without hesitation!

Great experience. Very friendly, job was done quickly, taught me how to clean my filter, and price was superb especially considering what most people quote. So glad he was able to make it less than 24 hrs after we contacted him. Highly recommend!!

Technician that serviced my AC unit was exemplary. He was courteous, friendly and quick.
Pricing is reasonable and appointments are made easy and fast. Thanks to these guys, I won't die of a heat stroke this summer (jokes). Definitely will use company if needed in the future. Unit works like new. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs service! Thanks guys!

Green Air Care was very prompt and quickly began to research the problem; a gas leak. He was very thorough with checking all of our gas connections. The areas with a leak were corrected and our gas was turned back on the same day. Very happy with their service!!!

Slawomir and his crew rescued us when our 30 year old furnace died in the middle of a cold snap in February. He came within hours to assess the problem and recommend an appropriate replacement. The install was done the next morning and the crew left the place neat and tidy. Would recommend Green Air Care any day!

Made an agreement with this company with the salesman his name is David I believe. And I asked him they would only get this contract if I had one condition. Run a new thermostat line. It was a small cable . He agreed and said it wouldn’t be a problem he would tell his installer to do it. So we agreed that they would take the contract. The day of installation they came and installed the equipment but did not change out the line that we agreed on. The installer said that the salesman never told him anything about that and when he called the salesman he said they don’t do it. i’d be careful with this company I promise you things just to sell you things and they don’t keep their promises.
