Tracy in the office was very courteous and professional in booking my appointment. The service technician Kim was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As stated in a previous review, quality work at the best price.

We have had a maintenance contract with Newton Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical Repair for close to 4 years, and it has been well worth it. Fortunately we have had few problems with our geothermal system, but the couple we had, Newton Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical Repair addressed in a timely manner, were knowledgeable, and followed through till it was resolved.

I recently had a new AC unit installed in my home. I am very pleased with the service I received from them. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the product and the installation process, and I was able to schedule an appointment for installation within two weeks of signing the contract. The technician arrived on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions, and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving my house. I have already recommended this company to several friends who are looking for a new HVAC system as well!

I had a few different companies come out and give me quotes for repairs, but none of them seemed like they were going to be able to fix it right away. I knew they would be able to do it quickly and efficiently, so I went with them. They were able to get here promptly, and they had everything they needed at the ready when they got there. They were able to fix the problem immediately and took care of everything without any issues or confusion. Great service!
