Green Air Care - Chicago

I called after our wiring had been chewed through on our heating unit and was met with professionalism, an honest and thorough assessment, and prompt service. Our technician, Mr. Sanford was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Green Air Care and Air and we will be using them again.

Green Air Care has my business hands down. David was quick, responsive, and as a professional had some of the best customer service skills of any technician I have ever worked with. His expertise was appreciated and A1 as a whole from scheduling to completion of service was extremely efficient and a breath of fresh air to say the least.

Wow, very impressed with the professional service Green Air Care performed. My tech explained everything so well and explained my options. His Supervisor came and explained all the costs and how they perform the work. I was also surprised that they could start the job today!

Such a great experience! I woke up on a Sunday to a hot house/no AC, and thought I would pay double for a weekend service call. I saw that Green Air Care was available 7 days a week, and gave them a call at 7:00 am. Troy was here by 10:30, and the repair was done in about 40 minutes. AND the charge for the service call was the same as it would have been during the week! I will absolutely use them again, and refer my friends to them too.

Excellent service, superior customer service and quick turnaround times. They were exceptional, understanding plus very knowledgeable. They installed a brand new Air Conditioner along with furnace.
