Green Air Care - Chicago

Great service and great people. I had a problem with my furnace yesterday when came home from work. My technician came in less than an hour after we called him. He was very efficient and professional. Changed the thermostat, cleaned the furnace and worked till 1030 pm until everything was done. We highly recommend the company.

Alex provides fantastic service! I called on a Sunday and I was having a hard time getting anyone to return my calls. I had an issue with the furnace for my tenants, and it was brutally cold outside. Alex responded right away, was at my condo within two hours and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend using Alex and Green Air Care Group!!

Can't say enough about Green Air Care Group, and Alexin particular. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and highly responsive. Our A/C unit had chronic problems and he did everything he could to correct them in the most economical way possible. Extremely impressed. Use these guys.

2018 update: Fras-Air continues to set a very high bar for customer service. In the cold snap of Jan 2018, they have been to the house four times to correct issues with our hot water heating zones. Twice in an emergency situation that prevented potential major damage to our house. I can’t say enough about their customer service, we will be customers for a long time!

I am so pleased with the service provided by Alexfrom Green Air Care! They identified my problem and had the necessary repairs completed in no time. Throughout the entire process they explained everything so that I could understand. They were kind, patient and respectful. Of all the companies that I could have called, I'm so glad that I called Green Air Care.

We have five years with this company and they have always provided a good service. Today Alex came to work on our heater system and he worked very professionally and clean. He showed us how to care for our system and also told us what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. I strongly recommend him.

I would like to recommend Green Air Care for their flexibility, helpfulness and efficiency. Their workers did an excellent job with the installation. They called ahead to confirm their arrival, installed two Daikin reverse cycle units and clean up well afterwards. In the office, larry was always cooperative and and very helpful. Green air Care was outstanding. Knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. They corrected some oversights from the original install and helped us to understand the workings of a high efficient furnace. We have heat again and know how to work it now. The circuit board was fried. Replaced it and it works like it should now. We hope that Green air care as much as we do.

Alex was our technician today, he did a great job! Explained items of concern and items needing attention. He spoke in a way I could understand which is appreciated. He even let our dog "help" him by being right by his side while he was in the house. He helped explain some upcoming changes that we may need to make and gave estimates and payment options.

Mike was very good - appointment took a while to book, but that's understandable, since they have built a great business and have lots of people calling them.
Mike came this Sunday morning, and once he saw the HVAC unit, knew exactly what the issue was - fixed it in under 20 mins, and my AC was back to normal
Pricing is fair.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services. He's honest, very nice to deal with even made my toddler son smile.
