Green Air Care - Chicago

I have been pleased with the service we've received since our AC & heating system was installed 10 years ago. Due to the routine maintenance performed twice a year, we have had excellent performance. The technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm extremely happy that we chose Green Air Care.

My ac system stopped working Sunday, I was reading reviews Sunday evening and called Green Air Care Monday morning. I was so thankful Lisa could get someone here Monday morning. Jason showed up shortly after the call found the issue plus replaced a relay at my request on the heating side of the system. Jason was very professional and detailed. I also enjoyed reminiscing about our days in the military. I hope he's there the next time!

Very good service from Sergio, amazing. He is engaging, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We had a 2015 Carrier AC blower motor go out unexpectedly, and he came over at 11:30pm to service. That's awesome. Price was reasonable, and he helped us with the warranty check with afforded us a nice deduction on the final bill. 100% I will use these guys again. Top notch!

The two gentlemen arrived right on time and called the night before to remind me of their appointment. They were very careful of my floors and cleaned up everything before they left. Ron explained exactly what they were doing before they started and answered all my questions during the process. The house smells clean and fresh now that the venting system is clean. I highly recommend green air care!

I was reminded that I needed to leave this review today. Last fall we had our furnace and AC coil replaced. The ductwork also needed modification to install a good air filter as there never was a real filter installed. The furnace technicians did a professional job installing the furnace and reworking the ductwork. We are very happy with the work and products we received from Green Air Care and would recommend them to anyone. I had them out this spring to finish setting up the Air Conditioner and had another great experience.

The fitters and electricians did a great job installing an air conditioner in my bedroom and a fan in the garden below, with as unobtrusive piping as possible. No mess, no fuss, just very efficient workers. They also programmed my remote control with my internet in double quick time. I highly recommend this company.

I am a very satisfied member of their Total Home Care package. My most recent experience was the installation of a doorbell and electrical outlet repair - the outlet repair was free as it is covered under the terms of the package. Dave arrived within the agreed time frame and immediately donned shoe covers. He was professional, informative and worked efficiently. Over the past 2 years all technicians have been likewise. It is such an overall comfort to have all services with a reliable company with reasonable pricing.
