Awesome experience, Rick was incredibly easy to work with, explained everything, gave us honest feedback and was very thorough! We are lifetime customers of Green Air Care now! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Green Air Care has been the absolute best choice we've made when choosing a company to repair our A/C. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. Green Air Care did a great job! Both are very personable. Always asked if I had any questions. They explained things very well as the job progressed, and showed me the parts so I could understand better what they were referring to. Very people oriented organization.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My dryer vent had been disconnected in the ceiling and called Green Air Care for a consult and dryer vent scope. They came in (for $500) and told me there was a disconnect at one point in the vent. They said there was nothing more they could do and I would have to have another team of specialists come in. When they other team came in, they essentially did the exact same thing, but determined the first team was incorrect in their diagnosis and found the real break in a completely different spot. After breaking through the ceiling and wall to fix they said they then kept quoting prices (increasing from $500 to $1000) to fix and patch the drywall (which I did for less than $100 from Home Depot). In addition, the entire time the service man kept saying my furnace needed to be replaced. All sketchy and not customer service focused. Sent a message when they asked how they did and let them know all of this (and the original $500 should be refunded or deducted from the second service visit since they completely misdiagnosed the problem) but never heard back from them either. Terrible customer service customer. Avoid all costs.

They were able to come on the day that I called. My technician was very knowledgeable and professional and ready to work with me on price and payment options. Needed a new furnace and exhaust piping, which they were able to do the same day! Workers were on time, efficient and courteous. One of the best contractor experiences I have had.

I had this company come out to my house last week to clean the air ducts in my house. Even from the beginning when I first set my appointment they were very professional and was scheduled within a week. I was very impressed with their service and how well they explained to me what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. I needed to have a deeper cleaning and the price that was given to me was very reasonable. They made sure that everything worked properly before leaving my house. I would recommend this company to anyone who may need to have their vents cleaned in the future.

Green Air Care is a great HVAC company. They have a great group of professionals working for them. The pricing is very competitive and more than fair for the quality of work. Overall I have had very positive experiences working with them. I highly recommend Green Air Care for their professionalism and quality of work.

Extremely happy with our new unit, although it may be a little time before using it to its full potential, it does look very high tech. The engineers were extremely professional, polite and caring the office team kept us totally up to date and informed Great service thank you.

I've did business with Green Air Care for about three years now. I've always found them to be professional, knowledgeable and quite friendly. I don't hesitate to recommend them to others and I have every intention of continuing business with them. A good HVAC company.
