Chicago Heating and Cooling is a godsend. I have used those ubiquitous repair companies in the past to repair my appliances and paid a lot only to have the same problem return.

Matthew at Chicago Heating repaired my Garland stove, Sub Zero refrigerator, air conditioner and Miele dishwasher. I am so happy and relieved I found someone who takes time to do the job right the first time around. I had water leaking from my Sub Zero refrigerator and Matthew told me how to fix it over the phone. It’s that simple. Professional, knowledgeable and fair. I have given his number to everyone I know to rave reviews.

Matt did a great job getting my AC working again. He was able to come over based off my schedule in a quick and timely fashion. I would highly recommend Chicago Heating and cooling 1 Corp!

Read all the good reviews on this company and decided to give them a call so that they can replace my broken water heater. My technician Scott was fantastic, friendly and very accommodating. I'm giving these guys a 2 star review because they over charge on the price of parts. My advice to you if you decide to use them is to research the cost of parts before agreeing to their quote. They charged me $489 for a water heater gas valve that costs $140 on amazon, the exact same model. When i confronted them about the very high markup they said they order parts from the supplier which provides a warranty and amazon does not. I get that but the markup is still very high. So the job was done but I am left with a sour taste in my mouth for overpaying. I could have bought 2 parts from amazon in case 1 of them stopped working....

Excellent, timely, and professional service when we needed it most. The polar vortex knocked our HVAC out, and the Chicago Heating & Cooling team was there to remedy our issue. Turned out to be a pressure switch error, and the team could not have been more helpful or friendly in both diagnosing the problem, and then solving the problem. Thank you! We will definitely call back next time.

I asked for a breakdown of the quote for the work they were going to do on a washing machine. The owner avoided the question and when pressed, got all bent out of shape and gave a Ted talk explaining why he was right and I’m wrong in requesting a little transparency. Won’t use them again and laugh at the Ted talk email.

Matt came and serviced our heater within 15 minutes of my phone call. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him, and will use him again if needed.

I contacted Chicago Heating & Cooling 1 Corp complaining that a friend had dropped a part of the furnace in the pipes causing it to rattle. After checking it, it had nothing to do with a part being dropped. He repaired it, and the furnace is so quiet, I can't hear a thing. He is amazing, professional and reasonable. He will be back as soon as the temperature allows, to fix my AC. Strongly recommend him. Will refer him to my neighbors.
