What a life saver! Matthew is honest, trustworthy, hard working, dedicated, and reliable. I cannot recommend him enough. I will not ever use any other company!

I contacted Matthew after someone from Topline heating and cooling came out to my place 3 times to try to fix my furnace - after paying them over $1000 they were still unable to fix my heater. They told me I needed a new furnace for $4,200 and tried to get me to commit to buying it on the spot in the middle of winter.

I called Matthew from Chicago Heating and Cooling 1 Corp to get a second opinion and I am so grateful that I did. He was wonderful. He came over that evening because he was in the area. He was kind and it was immediately apparent that he was very knowledgable. He showed me how to do basic home maintenance and quickly realized that the other company was scamming me. There was nothing wrong with my furnace except my own failure to replace my filter for over a year which caused the furnace to over heat. Apparently, when the other company came over instead of giving me an honest assessment they purposely cut and re-wired my heater to make it malfunction - all so they could charge me and then convince me to buy a new furnace. Matthew took photos of the evidence of the scam so that I could try to get my money back from the other guys. He then fixed the faulty wiring, cleaned up my furnace, and had it running in no time. I put in a new filter and it has worked perfectly since then. All for $200. I can't thank Matthew enough! He is honorable and honest and takes his work seriously. I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Mathew went above and beyond in making sure my HVAC unit was installed quickly and efficiently. He even came back a second time to check the unit when we had a building issue and spent a few hours checking that the system worked. Highly recommend.

Pat and Dan did an amazing job - their installation of my new AC unit was as smooth as can be and they were exceptionally friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their products are also very reasonably priced - I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service and work done. I was referred to them, because I went to someone else first and was quoted a much higher price and a time frame of 3-5 days with no heat in the middle of winter. Matt at Chicago Heating & Cooling was able to get the part the same day he quoted me the price and the part was installed and working the same night. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I live out of state and have a small window of time to get things done. Matthew got me on the schedule. He serviced all 3 furnaces and installed a new water heater. Plus he connected me with an awesome company to clean the ducts, same day. Service! !

Marcus was amazing! We have been meaning to write a review since the polar vortex. Our heating went out because it was -20 degrees outside. He came over same day and found a way to fix the hvac system that the previous HVAC company said needed to be totally replaced and was here until 9:30 on a Friday. He even came back the next morning to install an additional wire that he had to order. He saved us a ton of money and had the heat back on right away. Thanks Marcus!

I called Matt about my furnace not blowing out on a Monday. MATT was able to send out a technician that same day . The technician name Marcus was great he was answering all my questions . I truly appreciate Matt and his team as they come through for again. Thank you

When my AC (a nearly 20-year old unit) started blowing warm air on a hot Chicago summer day, I called Matt and his team, and they immediately explained a few options and expected prices on the phone. They were available almost immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and described my two options: (1) Apply a leak sealant and refill the coolant, or (2) replace the whole AC unit. This said, they were not pushy about the second option, which would have meant more money for them. They were very up front about expected results with option 1 (mainly addressing my concerns that the AC might just end up going out in the next few years due to its age). In the end, I did go with option 1. This work (including the time to diagnose and work out a solution) was completed within an hour of their arrival, and so far it has been one week and there have been no apparent issues.

CH&C fit is in the day we called. The HVAC specialist (Marcus) was on time, super kind, and did great work. He communicated exactly what the issue was, what he was doing, how much, and how long it would take to fix.

Matthew goes above and beyond. He is diligent, competent, and fair. I couldn't be more pleased with the service he has provided us. We were dealing with a particularly tricky issue. We had two other companies out to take a look. They charged a lot of money without fixing the problem. Matthew solved it for us.
