Larry, Dillon and Dan showed up on time with all needed equipment for a full replacement of the furnace and AC. All were professional and came with positive can-do attitudes. This reflects credit on the company in how they they treat their personnel. I will keep Morrison's plumbing, heating, and AC in mind for future projects.

Zach Womack was an excellent service technician on my complicated plumbing drainage issue. Pipes clogged with baby wipes, which proved to be quite the challenge to remedy. It took several different approaches, but he, along with manager T.J., ultimately fixed. I very much appreciated their dedication to take care of my problem on a Friday afternoon.

Outstanding job!!! Handled a full Heating and air installation.Kyle and his crew were excellent!!! Very nice and knowledge. Did a great job from beginning to end. Will definitely use them again for other projects.

Our technician Ryan was professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly and walked me through everything he did. The office staff I spoke to was likewise professional and friendly and made sure to get detailed information regarding his he nature of the service we required.

After moving into our house last year, our 50 gallon water heater began to leak and stopped heating completely. I had attempted to request support through a home warranty policy purchased by the seller. However, after 5 days of not getting anywhere with the home warranty company (ultimately finding they would not cover any part of the replacement) we called Morrison Plumbing.

My call of desperation ended-up reaching Courtney Davis, customer care specialist. After 10 seconds into explaining my situation to Courtney I could tell I reached out to the right company. Her empathetic ear went a long way. She took the time to correct a technical issue where my request had somehow linked to the previous homeowners contact information and then continued to dispatch a tech THAT NIGHT! It was amazing! Being without water for 5 days and working with a confrontational home warranty company had taken it's toll on my family, but Courtney took immediate action and did it in the most sincere way. We appreciated her so much!

A few ours later a tech by the name of Josh Hall showed up to assess the situation and shared the options we had to replace our water heater. Not only was Josh friendly and respectful, he was just an all-around personable guy. It was so wonderful to speak to a professional and good human at the same time! Josh took some notes of the situation and explained our options with a smile. He took the time to answer all my silly plumbing questions (I work in IT by trade), and didn't seem to be rushed in the slightest even though it was a late dispatch. We appreciated his quick response and his ability to describe the options available to us. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Cody Stark was very professional and a super nice guy. Very easy to talk to and performed the work very quickly.

They installed a hybrid (gas/electric) tankless water heater today. Our old water heater had popped a seam we had an emergency repair/replacement need. The pricing was lower than expected and financing was easy, so we opted for an upgrade.
Since we weren't able to shower, they made sure to schedule our install the following day.
Every person we dealt with from the techs who came to evaluate our problem to the people who answered the phone to the techs and electrician who were here today was wonderful!
They were kind to our dogs (who loved them) and the shower never runs out of hot water now.
Altogether a great experience.

Shane and his team did an excellent job. They were courteous, professional and skilled. Their work area was clean when they left. I highly recommend this team for hvac work.
