Crumer's Heating & Cooling

This company was assigned through my home warranty company last year 2022 it too almost 3 months for my AC to be repaired/replaced. So by the time I was assured it was fixed and working properly it was time to turn it off for the season. I went to turn it on this season and it’s not working. I called Larry he seemed concerned and said he would be out the next day to check it out. This was June 6th and no I have not heard anything from him and today is June 21st. I understand if it was not done correctly but just own up to your work and make it right. Poor customer service!!!!

Excellent Company....... I contact Larry for repair to my central air unit. He responded with a service call within 2 hours of my original contact. And within 4 hours he replaced my unit. We received a follow up call within 24 hours to see how our unit has been working. His prices are very reasonable and extremely lower than competitive company by far. I will be recommending Crumer's Heating & Cooling to all my family and friends.

I knew my a/c and furnace had seen better days. The first hot day of the year, I turned on the a/c and it didn't work. I had 2 other bids. Crumer's was $1000 less than one bid and $2000 less than the other. Larry came within a couple days and installed everything and then followed up with me to make sure things were working a few days later. Very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Crumer's and I plan to call them for additional projects as well.

Decided to give this company a call after my AC went out, and I am so glad I did! Larry came out that very day, accessed the unit, told me what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. He even advised me to get other quotes, of which I did and was totally shocked at the price difference! He came by the next day to complete the job, and was so thorough he discovered another problem of which he quickly fixed. And was still hundreds cheaper than the other 2 companies for just the 1 problem! Expertise and professionalism at it's best! I will not be using any other Company! Thank you Crumer's Heating & Cooling! An A+ company!

Called Larry and he got me in the same day. He was nice, courteous and professional. There was no upselling or telling me my unit needed replaced because of it’s 15 year old age. He will be HVAC repairman of choice, and eventually the person I call when it’s time for a new unit.

They were good about showing up on time. They resolved one issue to an extent, but they never addressed the other issue or contacted me about it Ike they said they would. I got the impression that they didn't really care about my business.

I went to turn on my heat and it didn't work. I called my friend, she had trouble with her heat a couple weeks ago. She told me that she heard about Crumer Heating and Cooling, she called and they came out and fixed her heat. She said they their prices were good I didn't know what that meant. She gave me the number, before I called them I called around to see how much house calls were and Crumer Heating and Cooling was the cheapest. They came out found the problem and fixed it. The house call was the cheapest out of all the other places was. They were very professional!! The overall cost was great, I don't think I could have gotten it any cheaper!!! If you have problems with your heat or air I would call them first!!!

This company installed my HVAC system and never finished the job. He was supposed to return to put in a filter. He rarely responds to your texts and/or phone calls and when he does its days later or is after you have resent more texts. Horrible communication skills for a professional.

Definitely recommend! Very thorough, compassionate, and cost effective!

Was suppose to be at the house between 11-3. Didn't show up till 8:30pm. Thank goodness they got my AC working.
