Aaron and his partner were great! They were polite, professional, and tenacious. This was either my third or fourth time using Morrison. I will continue to call them when problems come up in the future.

New review: Just had a new AC installed by Matt. From diagnosing to completed installation only took about 48 hours. The service was great. Matt and his partner were efficient and friendly.

We were schedule for routine HVAC maintenance and they scheduled for a Sunday morning, which was very convenient for us. Richie sent a text with his photo and shared a little personal info and arrived during the scheduled time frame. He was very customer service friendly, explained everything to us - including an option to replace a couple of parts on our A/C that might be cause for concern down the line. He completed the replacements, we were shown the new parts and given the information we needed regarding warranty. He was very pleasant, personable, and overall we were very pleased with his visit and care of our HVAC system!

The technician was very professional. He wasn't the problem: the greedy company is. I called for a water heater repair, and it really seems like these guys are trained to replace, not repair. It seems pretty convenient that the mandatory maintenance cost and up to the same amount as a new water heater. Easy way to get less knowledgeable people to buy a brand new system when it's not needed. I'm angry that it cost me $50 to figure this out. I will never give this company any sort of business again.

Main stack essentially exploded in my wall. Opened them up and called Morrison. Cost an arm and a leg, which is fine, it wasn't exactly easy to get all the cast iron, but what really threw me was realizing I was charged 600 dollars to replace one shower drain while they were redoing the basement lines. I know labor is expensive these days, but a PVC shower drain is what? 10 dollars!?

Edit:
Yesterday I took my first shower attached to the main stack, and when I went downstairs after I found that it had backed up, filled up my kitchen sink (so it must have become blocked somewhere near the house drain) and then drained out of the sink onto the floor where it went down into the basement soaking my 3d printer collection in water.

Unfortunately I have to drop to a 1 star until this problem is fixed. While the main stack was leaking, it at least worked. This should have probably been caught in the water test when they finished working but I can see it as taking long enough to backup that far making it hard to detect.

Edit again:

Turns out the line clogged directly at where the main stack 90's into the floor, (which has a crack that they showed with the endoscope, because of course it is) which coincidentally was the stopping point for their repair. The clog was mostly rust and dirt so probably caused during the disassembly of the stack but they came out and fixed it for free.

The technical service I received from Spencer was outstanding! He discovered my furnace wasn't in safe condition, they were very informative and professional! I had to purchase a new one and I decided to get an AC just to be safe and Marie couldn't of been more helpful and informative. I really appreciate them going the extra mile.
