Dylan Adam's and Sean were here from 9 to 5 today and we cannot say enough how much we appreciate them. They are very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. We want to give them both a 10+ out of 10. Jimmy and his crew did an awesome job remodeling our master bathroom! Replaced our shower and doors, flooring, vanity countertop and sinks, and toilet. He replaced all the baseboards and door trim to white to give it a final nice touch! The crew was courteous, friendly, and very professional! These guys know their jobs and are great at it! Very impressed and thankful we chose Morrison!

We hired Morrison to completely remodel our master bathroom and have absolutely NO regrets. This was a big job that required relocating / adding plumbing, electrical, framing and tile work. After having numerous contractors come out to assess and provide a bid, Morrison gave us the confidence that they had the entire skill set to complete the job. Zach was a pleasure to work with and not only communicated with us throughout the entire process but also gave us some very good design advice. There came a point where we were not happy at all with the tiling work (by a third party contractor), but Morrison reassured us that the job would be completed with the highest quality. This required stripping and redoing a majority of the tiling work which set us back, but in the end, Morrison stood by their word and made it right for us. We are absolutely thrilled by our bathroom transformation, and they made that happen for us. It's not every day that you discover a contractor that you can absolutely trust and for that, they have earned a lifelong customer. We have since had their techs service our A/C system as well. Each and every employee is respectful of our home (they wear shoe covers before entering which I really appreciate), professional, courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to explain every step of the process and answer any of my questions. Even the ladies that work in the office are an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend Morrison Plumbing, Heating and Air to anybody that asks!

Morrison made the new and overwhelming experience of buying a major appliance (water heater) much less stressful. Super professional and informative. Beautiful installation by Damon. Highly recommend.

We just recently got furnace ducts cleaned.. We were referred by two people: a neighbor and also a good friend. We were very pleased. Luke and Mark were both extremely professional and very kind. They were also very patient with us and our dogs, as we moved them from floor to floor and outside, juggling them from the heat into the air conditioning and back and forth on a hot day. Never felt rushed. Thanks so much guys for great service.

Fours years ago I had a very bad experience with this company, where I presented a coupon after I was presented a quote for service. The technician got upset and said he wouldn't honor it because I should have told him beforehand (why, so you can jack up your price?). In the end and after I complained, the owner of the company did right by me and sent me a check for the coupon amount and said he would handle the situation with his tech.

Fast forward to today. I needed service on my air conditioning system and the guy shows up and quotes me a price that is at least double what the other competitor in town is charging. I told him he had me over a barrel since it was a record high temp day. I asked if anything could be done and he went to call his main office. After a few minutes, he came back and said the best they could do is offer me a $50 coupon. I declined and said that they were price-gouging me and it wasn't right and sent him on his way.

Needless to say, I WILL NEVER call on this company for anything in the future ever again!!! I recommend you read my other reviews to find a MUCH better company that works in this line of business. Morrison and I have parted ways for good.

Morrison has always been quick and flexible to meet our needs. Everyone is always helpful and responsive to our needs. Our air-conditioning was running but not blowing the cold air. Ray squeezed us in and was quick to identify our problems. He followed up with getting us sales support to know our options. We appreciate Ray and the whole Morrison team!

Ryan was excellent at repairing the plumbing under my kitchen sink and installing a new garage disposal. He was confident, friendly, and stayed on task from start to finish. I would happily open my home to him again if I need more plumbing work done. Thank you Ryan!

I would like to recognize Dakota, who initially came to our house to give us an estimate for our ac unit. We stayed in contact, and when our unit quit working we immediately called him and he was there the next day with all of our information and ready to go. He set up installation for the next opening, which was two days later, and also hooked up a portable unit on our main level to make the temperature somewhat normal. I would also like to say thank you to Kyle and John, who did an amazing job of installing everything and cleaning up. They walked me through the questions I had and did an amazing job. Thank you Dakota, Kyle and John!!

Cameron was great! He's very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was helpful and took the time to show us how to properly install our filters due to the tracks being a bit tricky. We appreciated his honesty. We also can't thank him enough for the preventative tips he provided us in maintaining a healthy system. He even waited for additional filters to be dropped off and said he wouldn't leave until they arrived so he could help with the install. I forgot to mention, even our dog Charley liked him and that says a lot because, being a rescue, he doesn't care for people. We'd love to have him back anytime! Thank you!
