The service professionals that came to my house were top notch awesome folks. But in the end they couldn't fix the issue and I was refunded the charges minus a diagnostic fee. My issue with this is that I was told the diagnostic fee was only added if we decided not to have the work done which makes perfect sense but we chose to have the work done. Its not my fault they couldn't fix the issue so why am I being charged the diagnostic fee. At any rate this company does have great people working for them, the prices are pretty good and they respond quickly, its just my experience wasn't the best.

Great group of guys!!! They came, got down to business right away and was finished in the allotted time frame I was given to complete the job. My job was for plumbing so I can only speak to that, but because of the great job they did, I would call them for any of the services they provide.

I have been having some electrical issues in my newly purchased home. I have used Morrison in the past a couple of times. They have always had great communication. Alex R. did not disappoint. He was here on time. Let me know what he thought my issue was stemming from. I approved the work and he was dead on right. He did a quick and thorough job. Their pricing is always great and everyone seems very knowledgeable. I will use them in the future.

Phillip and his partner were efficient and thorough. I most liked the way they helped me understand each step of the repair process. Will definitely use them again.

Tub to shower conversion done, along with ceiling fan/light fixture replacement. Extremely pleased with the quality of work of all the employees. Whenever I've hired companies to do work on my house there is always some concern as to the quality of work that will be done. Glad to say I have no complaints and would recommend Morrison to others when it comes to bathroom conversions.

Installed a hot water Tank. Billy did great. Professional, courtesy and left the place spotless. Highly recommend.
Larry did great job on AC replacement. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice to talk to on the phone. We had a gas leak in the crawl space and they sent 2 plumbers Chris and Will to work on our leaking copper pipes. I felt so sorry for them working in our crawl space all day long and they were so polite and kind. This place is the best of the best and I highly recommend if you need plumbing done right, call Morrison.

We had them out for a plumbing problem, which was fixed quickly. The tech they sent out, Aaron, was able to attend to our needs promptly, and answer any and all questions clearly. Nice young man and I am sure we will be seeing him again! After 6 1/2 years, I have finally found someone who can be depended on to help when we need it. Thank you Very Much!

Shortly after realizing my AC was not working well I called and within 4 hrs that day rhe young man showed up and made repairs. My son was happy with his work and the fee to address the issue. He was finished within about 15 minutes. The encounter was great.

Shawn is legit the best electrician I’ve seen hands down & that’s saying quite a bit considering I have a family of electricians. This guy is an absolute asset to the company. Morrison in general is great all the way from scheduling to customer service, but the reason I’m leaving this review is strictly for Shawn. This man went above and beyond for me in getting my business up to code to pass inspection. Use Morrison.. I promise you won’t regret and they won’t disappoint. You can thank me later!
