This young man (Jarius) did an outstanding job installing our A/C and heating unit. He was extremely patient with my wife and I helping to installing/downloads app to our cellular phones. He is a very respectable young man! He cleaned the area up extremely well. Thanks again Jarius.

Very professional and knowledgeable. My water pressure is way too high, would never have lnown if he didn't check it. He checked a previous valve installation, weak valve that was leaking, scheduled technician to come out later that afternoon and replace.

We called Morrison on Tuesday, April 4th to inquire about an A/C tuneup. They were able to get a technician out the next day to inspect our A/C since it constantly runs.

We knew going into it that we might need to get a new A/C (20 years old) and furnace (22 years old). John Garner did a wonderful job of inspecting our HVAC system and providing a quick fix for the A/C (he also cleaned out our A/C to see if that would help). We decided not to throw money into our A/C since the quick fix wouldn't last long, due to the machinery being at the end of its life.

Kris Hall came out later that SAME day to check out our HVAC system, and to provide pricing on different HVAC options. He was VERY informative, detail-oriented, and communicative. We felt complete honesty and transparency from Kris. We have friends who have used Morrison before and have always heard good things, so we decided to move forward with a new HVAC system using Morrison. Morrison offered us financing options which were extremely helpful. For transparency purposes, we qualified for 3 months with no payment/no interest, and then our monthly payments of approx. $200 would start. If you have better credit than me (695), you'll probably be able to qualify for the 12 months with no payment/no interest option.

Morrison techs, Deonte McCarvey, Dominick Bolden (and there was another gentleman with them but I can't remember his name) all came out on Thursday to install the A/C, furnace, and Nest thermostat. They were courteous, efficient, and picked up after themselves. Deonte checked both the A/C and furnace at the end to make sure everything was in working order. He also showed us how to set up the Nest thermostat on our phones.

Replaced our sump pump and back up. Tech was very knowledgeable and was able to get the replacement done same day. Office was great to work with as well and even called us back on a Sunday to set up appt.

The tech was fine but $648 to replace the element or both and the thermostats is totally ridiculous I can buy a new water heater for less than that. Can buy a kit with both elements and both thermostats for $ 45.

We had a whole system installed in our home. They were polite, knowledgeable and finished earlier than expected. All around, they are a great company to call for any HVAC services. From the sales side to service, I have no complaints, only compliments.

Calling an electrician is scary, the fear of cost is nerve-racking. Proudly I felt Morrison was fair with pricing. My technician Alex R was amazing, I was given price in advance, didn't break the bank. Alex was courteous, professional, very friendly. You can never go wrong having a veteran perform your work. I'm satisfied.
