Our entire air conditioner went out on Saturday (5/13) and we contacted Lowes Sunday (5/14) about getting it replaced. By Sunday afternoon Morrison called us and set us up for Tuesday to see exactly what we needed. Scott was on time, very kind and extremely helpful. Not pushy at all and worked within the means of our budget. It was nice that they were able to quickly finance it and let us know what day exactly what we would be paying. He scheduled the technician that day as well for Thursday (5/18) for 9am. I was super impressed that Larry and his crew were actually able to come even earlier than 9am and was here a little after 8am. They were so nice and kind, and were careful to make sure the gate to my stairs and the door stayed closed because I have a walking and adventurous 11month old. They worked quickly and we had cool air again by 12pm. I was impressed by their professionalism , kindness, and just how efficient they were from the time we called to the time we had air again! I will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you!

Plugged drain line. Aaron work very hard and didn’t give up until it was clear. Don’t put beans in garbage disposal. Price for clean out very reasonable.

After an awful experience with a home warranty company that was just miserable to work with, I gave up dealing with them at all and contacted Morrison and had the total opposite experience -- they were responsive, professional, helpful and FAST.

Both Craig and Corey came to my house (for assessment and then the work itself) and each was friendly, considerate, and professional.

Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous electrician and ceiling fan installer is Shawn Williams and his co worker Michaela. The arrived at the appointment time, we’re professional , and had our fan up and running in no time. We can’t thank Shawn and Morrison Plumbing enough for their great, expedited work. Shawn even noticed a smudge on the ceiling while installing on our 20 foot ceiling and cleaned it right off.

Morrison is great! I has previously used Tiger Plumbing which also did good work, but I needed fresh eyes to fix yet another gas leak in my mother's old home. Antjuan did the estimate and a part of the repair. Damon finished the job. The leak was hard to find but they got found it and got everything working properly. Both were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even their call service is top notch. You can tell that the entire staff and crew love their jobs. I highly recommend them

Preston and Luke installed our Central air conditioner with precision work. Preston and Luke were professional with a touch of personal care for us and our home. Preston and Luke are superb technicians and caring people. Professional service and treated our home with dignity. Went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that we had. I always have said, “Thank GOD for TOILETS!” I now include in that sentence, “ Thank GOD for A/C, HEATING and PLUMBING COMPANIES LIKE MORRISON AND TECHNICIANS WHO KEEP THEM WORKING 😉!”

He did well working on my unit. However, i'm disappointed and disillusioned with charge/cost of the part (The Contractor), that was replaced. As a member, I expected better than to be extremely overcharged! The price of the Packard Contractor, 40 amp, 24 volts two poles for Air conditioning is a $20.00 item at most. You charged me $330.00. Unacceptable. This is why a lot of people find it difficult to trust the service industry. I need someone to fix this issue. As a military member and especially a member of your club, I do not deserve to be treated with a $310 additional charge. Does Morrison really care so little about their customers and their own programs. $310.00 extra really? Please contact me for satisfactory resolution.

They were able to fit me in without any problems. The technician who came out was super nice and explained everything. The price was a little steep but they got it done.
