Timely, efficient and knowledgeable service tech, Martin, was a professional and courteous. Love this company, their product and every tech that has entered our home since installation of our new furnace and central air a couple years ago! This is our second furnace purchased from this Company. Very happy customers!!

We started off a little late without a notification. Jim arrived and his service was excellent! He had reasonable plans to resolve my AC issue. We have used AWE for over 12 years now and will continue to use them for our HVAC service needs.

I move to Westchester Illinois and purchase a house and contacted Costco for a whole replacement of my HVAC AWE came out and gave me a estimate to replace the system fo over 10 thousand dollars I didn't want any problems with it. Whit in 6 months I started to have problems with the system notified AWE 2 times and last time AWE charge me and didn't fix the issue email the General manager multiple times when I ask him what needs to be done to get this resolved and how much he email me back and said he would cover the cost and hope maintenance plan I thought about it and email him back and said I was willing to go forward he email me back and said it was going to cost me 370 dollars to run a wire and it wasn't a guarantee it would work and in the email he said if I purchase the maintenance plan he would give me a discount after he said there wouldn't be any charges 734 Suffolk Ave Westchester illinois I see you removed all of my responses form this sight maybe I posted all the documents I have

Louis was our worker. He did an amazing job! Went above and beyond what was required. Cleaned a bit of our vents and let us know what was needed as we move forward. Highly recommend him and his services!!

I’ve been a customer of AWE for 13 years now and have never had a bad experience. They have efficient processes, the technicians are always timely and professional, and I believe the monthly subscription costs for the maintenance services to be very reasonable.

We had our yearly check up and it so happened that our AC was faulty. AWE sent out Nick to take a look at it. He was very professional, nice and polite. He was very thorough in explaining everything. We have been using this service for over 20 years and have been very happy. We highly recommend AWE.

Excellent service, from the initial phone call, to the technician (Peter) who came out on time and was very thorough and knew exactly what he was doing with the furnace. We have used AWE and its previous iteration, The Heating and Air Conditioning Company, since 1983 in 3 houses. We buy the maintenance contracts on our furnaces and
AC‘s. They contact us to make appointments for the checkups. They do good work, are trustworthy, polite, and happy to answer all questions. We never have to worry about our HVAC going out because they are annually checked and cleaned and evaluated by a professional. Peace of mind.

Great deal and professional job. Andrew was our tech to install the humidifier and Alaina was our sales rep. Both were incredible. Will use again.
