We have been using AWE since we bought our new furnace and air conditioner from them about 7 years ago. They are so professional and friendly. Our technician, Darryl, is amazing. He is very thorough and on time. We have a maintenance plan and get service 2x per year. Well worth the money and peace of mind that we will be comfortable year round.
Air Water Energy installed the Lennox furnace that I purchased through Costco. They were very courteous, professional, on-time, clean, and easy to work with from advising on the model to purchase, scheduling the install, professionally installing the furnace & cleaning up, and the post installation quality check. I was notified by AWE that it was furnace maintenance time. I was late for the appointment time but AWE was right on time. My serviceman Rick followed all COVID protocols during the visit. He throughly inspected and cleaned my unit and installed two filters. Rick explained what he found as he went along and answered all my questions as well. He is knowledgeable about the business, cordial and professional, neat, clean and thorough. I received 5 star service and I’d like to thank Rick for that. Gary took time to answer all of of questions and I felt like he was genuinely concerned with our best interests. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the systems and appreciated his advice. We have a new furnace going in next week and will update this once it's installed. So far, I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience thus far.

I have a maintenance contract with AWE. They are very communicative with me as the client regarding the upcoming appointments. The technician that service us is always professional, friendly, and well experienced.
I called at 7 AM on one of the hottest days of the year to report that my AC unit was not cooling properly. The thermostat showed a several degree difference between the setting and actual temperature. I was able to schedule a repair visit for the same morning. The technical arrived a little after 10:30 and determined that the system was low on refrigerant. A short time later, we could feel the house cooling down. I'm glad I went with AWE 17 years ago to replace the original equipment that came with the house. I'm a regular maintenance customer which is probably why the equipment has provided great comfort for almost 2 decades. When the time comes, we'll go with AWE on newer, more efficient equipment.
