Efrain was on time and did a very efficient job in a respectful amount of time. He was very polite, professional and respectful.
AWE installed my furnace, air conditioner and humidifier within the last year. Also cleaned the ducts. I would recommend AWE to anyone. Everyone from the people who answer the phone to the maintenance and repair people are polite, professional and efficient. I have the maintenance program (pay a small amount a month) which is more than worth it. A proper working furnace and air conditioner is so important for safety and efficiency. I'm very glad I have AWE to rely on. Thank you.

Prompt and courteous service from everyone involved - from scheduling through to the appointment. Our service tech, Nick, explained everything to us clearly and we were very comfortable with what he recommended and how he handled our situation. In addition, we think the pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Jon from AWE did careful, thorough work on cleaning and inspecting our air conditioners. He answered all our questions clearly. We would welcome him back anytime. Amy in the office was very helpful. Everything was done professionally and courteously.

Been using AWE for many years and they have never disappointed. They are reliable, efficient and offer maintenance packages for a decent price, and they contact you when it's time to schedule. Nick in particular is very good, honest and friendly!!

I would love to leave a 5 star review. I am a 13 year customer and have always used your services, we have a quarterly contract for maintained and have always enjoyed the service. Your technicians have always been the most professional and have always done a great job. However in Dec we had a Ac/Heater unit replaced. Installation was great but as we started to use it, problems arose that we have never had before.

When it was sold to us in we were told by your salesman in Oct that the unit we had previously purchased from you (roughly 13 years ago) was no longer sold and the new unit will be the same size but quieter, lower our electric bill and all around be better.

When I questioned why it was more then doubled the price I paid 13 years ago (I understand inflation but come on). I was told that with Covid and supply this is the price and in about 30 days the prices will be raising another 15 to 20 percent.

Now with the new unit it sounds that we have a wind tunnel in the house with the heat on, our electric bill is more expensive.. True we never shopped around because your company really has been great all these years, however we are starting to feel that we were sold a unit that was not meant for us.

The good thing is that your company has sent a tech out to assess the situation and hopefully we can come to a resolution to this issue. Your techs, office personal, scheduling, and everyone else I have dealt with have been some of the best we have seen. Hopefully all can be repaired and I can give you 5 stars review.

Tech was on time. Appeared knowledgeable. Gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong including pictures. Was able to get pricing on new product immediately. Next appointment is set up.

AWE has been servicing my heating/cooling systems for years. They inspect and clean, and will address a problem before it becomes a disaster. Every office staff member and service person are professional, smart, honest and friendly. Today Pete serviced my air conditioners. He was on time, worked fast, told me what he saw on my system, showed me with a photo he took and explained how it worked and what was starting to go wrong. It was my choice to have him fix it or not. — This is a great company with trustworthy people.
