    AWE is out to SCAM its customers !!! Beware of this company

    We called AWE services for furnace repair as they claim to be experts with Lennox ( $15,000 system which they installed via COSTCO ). They sent a technician who charged us $520 for draining a clogged pipe and left the house saying he needs to replace bunch of control board replacement parts ( which need to get ordered ) to get the furnace working. I was very skeptical of this as we had just spent $2K replacing the control board's 2 yrs ago. Decided to call another company to come take a look and they fixed the issue by just making sure the water was completely flushed out of the system ( charged us $120 for this simple fix, no new parts installed ). See the picture attached which shows the water in the furnace that 2nd company had to flush out after AWE.

    When I called back to complain about this service, the service manager says she stands behind the technician diagnosis.. which makes absolutely no sense. They are out there to fleece their customers

    Literally from the beginning when I first called they were able to solve my problem immediately. They installed a new air conditioner and furnace in a very short amount of time. The technicians were very professional and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and schedule because I was due to have back surgery.     We are a part of their Member Value Program (MVP) so we have system checkups twice a year. It has been great especially since we have old heating and air conditioning systems. The techs are always so nice, professional, and thorough. We have worked with Darryl and Efrain. Both techs have answered all of our questions and walked us through options to help keep our systems working as long as possible. It's also nice that the paperwork is done electronically. We will continue to work with them and will eventually get new heating and cooling systems through them when the time comes.

    The technician was professional, friendly and respectful. He performed his work quickly and presented his recommendations at the end of his visit. He wore a mask during his visit and also wore a shoe cover to protect the floors.

    Good morning Lisa, It’s great to hear from you. Which “scheduled appointment “ are you referring to? I do not see the date in your email. Per your own notes, the last contact was 9/15. Your dispatcher said that they would call back with an alternate date, a Saturday, because per my email, those of us with jobs cannot take full days off to wait for a 15 minute appointment anytime awe wants to schedule it. Again, we have not heard back from AWE with an alternate date, but we have heard back from you evaluating a customer’s email- can you give me a reason for this, and in addition a date for service, rather than excuses- I am available right now to confirm it. Frankly, just because you send me some possible “notes” on your end means little to us. And I do have a spouse with whom you have her number as well. After speaking with her about your customer friendly email, she corresponded with me that she had “absolutely nothing” from you nor awe post 9/15/22. I do not have any emails from awe during the time frame you mention, and your “last” contact was well over a month ago- Two months ago! Please feel free to check “your” records and reference the fact that during the installation process for our units, “your” company actually had an employee in management who was scheduled to show up for a scheduled “Saturday” appointment for information and evaluation with “us, your “clients” not show up, or even call. Nor did you, him, or anyone from awe for that matter call to schedule or come for the “three month checkup” your company touts. After our units were installed. “We,” waited all day- for “you.” Disappointing that your company has the audacity to send “us” an email now evaluating our last email rather than an “appointment date” for service and due to us because of the insurance on our units that WE PAY FOR, and instead routing and lecturing us about your aparant “contact and customer service” when the last contact was on 9/29, to “your” associate. Have not heard from him either. So for the record, I got your “Happy”Thanksgiving” email, same to you. However, even after your customer evaluating email, I still have not heard from ???@the awefactor since 9/15- two months ago for the service appointment awe was supposed to contact me to re-schedule- for a Saturday. So again, no need to critique your customers’ emails I am ready RIGhT NOW to confirm this date. And can I gently suggest some training on customer service and correspondence? It may be valuable if your business would like future references. Enjoy your weekend. Unhappy customers (and putting it mildly).
