    I had Tony come out to repair my air conditioning today. He was so pleasant and just a really cheerful friendly guy. He did a wonderful job repairing my unit. Also took the time to let me know he will follow up to make sure all is good! Went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated!

    MOST RECENT CALL: I called AWE out because my furnace shut down. Turns out the problem was in the central humidifier system - the condensate pump was failing & shutting down the system to prevent flooding. As the pump was a recently installed unit, tech Ethan declared it defective & AWE replaced it under warranty - no charge! The usual caring & reasonable AWE service I’ve come to expect! Thank you AWE & Ethan!

    PREVIOUS CALL: I called AWE for service on my Aprilaire central humidifier after I turned it on for the season and it began leaking. AWE had a technician on site in just a few hours. He quickly identified the problem, found the required part (filter pad) in his truck, and got the job done! Pete was very courteous, careful and competent, got the job done quickly, left no mess, and was able to help me schedule duct cleaning in the near future. I’ve used AWE for all my HVAC needs for many years (even before it was AWE!) and have never been disappointed!

    I have been a customer of AWE for over a decade. They call me each season to remind me to schedule a service appointment, and their friendly staff, like Becca T., are polite and efficient. The service technicians, like Peter J., always explain each step of the procedure and answer any questions I might have. They clean up the work site before leaving, and everything is done to my satisfaction. I gladly recommend them to anyone who needs heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services done.

    We were very pleased with the very quick response to the issue with our furnace. Christina was polite and efficient when we called. A technician was sent out immediately as our furnace stopped working. He did a temporary fix and pointed out the need for a new furnace. Joe and Francisco were out to install one the first thing the next day. They were careful about carrying in the parts and getting them downstairs without damaging the wall in a rather tight space. Overall, our experience was very positive.

    I have used AWE since I purchased my new home. All has been well until I needed them as part of the program. I called and they did send a tech out several hours later on a holiday.
    Unfortunately if he would have quickly asked me questions he would have been able to diagnose my Unit, instead I was left with a home at 87 degrees because it was slightly frozen over and needed to thaw. The unit only ran for 3 hours when I got home. I then had literally drops of water. I had to wait until the next 85 degree sunny day for a tech to come out after I called the next am to schedule. He came at 3 tested what was needed, added Freon to my 3-1/2 year old Lenox unit, then told it didn’t work and they have to add parts. Will be a day or so, not sure they will call you. So here I am the next day at 82 degree home in the same boat. Frustrated by the lack of asking simple clarifying questions before they came, lack of feeling like being part of the annual club means anything and neither tech new how the credit would go against my bill, both said I have to call, again frustrated. Not at all a quality experience.

    I have been a customer for over 20 years. Never have I had a company treat me with such respect. The techs are polite and knowledgeable and always ALWAYS on time. Friendly reminders when they are coming are always welcome. Fred came out today for service inspection and up held everything I mentioned above. Keep up the fantastic work.

    Alayna made setting up the appointment very easy. Gabe our technician was thorough and helpful. He arrived on time and got our furnace back in working order quickly. The price was fair. They followed covid protocol. I would highly recommend them for your furnace needs.
