New A/C unit installed along with humidifier. Very professional and friendly. After installation Gary follow-up to see how things went. However I did notice that the A/C was not cooling as expected.
After reaching out to AWE, a tech came out noticed there was an issue. Although the issue could not be fixed at that time, I'm certain the unit will be fixed/replaced in the next few days or so.
AWE is a very good company and if something is not right, they do all they can to make it right.
Extremely impress with overall responsiveness of company. 1) A person answered when I called at 7:30am! 2) Receptionist was polite, took appropriate information, and found prior info related to address. 3) Received a call when service person was in route. 4) Service person (Pete) was polite, informative, and efficient at getting issue resolved. Good experience all around.
As a local business owner I can understand how important finding services that are reliable is.
After a unfortunate mishap that is normal for any business. (Very hard to be perfect and please every as a business) They were very good to me and my business about resolving the issue and making me feel like I was heard.

Had some issues with a/c . Tom GM reached out to me about this issue and recommended that a technician ( Nick ) come out and check system. Nick found that the coil was problem and was under warranty. Just great service from AWE . No doubt they will find and solve issues. Thanks from a 10 year customer .
Very professional and clean. Showed up at the scheduled time promptly and informed us of the steps of the service and how long it will take . Upon finishing the work he detailed what he did and gave us an assessment of the function and performance of the equipment. He was very professional as usual. This service person has been to do work for our home and he always impressed us with his performance.
Love AWE. I like how being in their program I get reminders to set up maintenance appts, otherwise I would forget or put off. Today Jim came out for routine furnace maintenance, unclogged the water line going to humidifier, showed me how to control it. Clean, polite, no nonsense, got the job done. Now weโre good until air conditioning season! Thanks!
Pete came out today 12/8/22 to service our furnace. Cleaned the parts that needed cleaning and gave us a good bill of furnace health. He is so nice and informative. We love the techs at AWE!
Martin was on time, and he checked out my furnace. He put in a new filter and set up the humidifier so it will work. He was very polite and professional.
It all starts with the in-house staff answering the phones. ALL of the phone staff are pleasant, positive, helpful and amazing with follow-up! Nick assessed a warranty repair with a new hire he was training. They were clean, professional and efficient with their time. I was impressed at how well Nick mentored the new employee with positive reinforcement, engagement by asking the trainee what he should do next, and helpful tips on the right tools to use to reduce the risk of damaging furnace parts as pieces are taken apart to troubleshoot. Keep up the good work in-house team and Nick!
