Very happy with Kern heating. They did excellent work and we're very courteous and professional. William and his partner were the best answered any questions we had and informed us on every step of the process. They had their work cut out for them dismantling a 80 year old furnace the size of a Volkswagen and installing a new furnace in its place. I highly recommend them thanks again guys for a job well done.

Dan arrived and performed the annual service of our furnace. Did a thorough inspection, much better than most technicians. Noted a couple areas of concern, but we are planning to replace furnace and A/C in a couple years. Keeping our fingers crossed we will have no problems until then.

Exorbitant mark up on replacement parts and Freon. I’ve used this company for years, had to replace a capacitor that was just replaced last year, a 20$ part all day long, $199 charge, on top of the $250 yearly maintenance package. Which is only for a cleaning, does not include a filter or any labor on the other charges! 18$ for a 4$ Retail filter. 199$ for a pound of
410a refrigerant. The technician was great, but I’m sorry Kern but we’re done!

I moved to my current house a little over a year ago. I received a promo coupon from Kern and scheduled my first appointment for a furnace cleaning. Chris has been out twice. I was very happy with his work and how he explained everything. Today was an appointment for another furnace cleaning. William was the tech. He was great at explaining everything as well. I felt with both William and Chris that I could trust what they were saying. In this day and age it seems like everyone is out to scam the consumer. Thank you Kern for employing people that I can trust, and do good work. I highly recommend your company.

Candido and Bob did a great job of installing my new AC unit. Both of them were friendly and answered any questions I had and explained everything they were doing.

Great job, heat & AC warmer/cooler and quieter than before! I am very happy with my service. Austin (Service today) was very knowledgeable & courteous as well, encouraging me to call with any issues.

I can NOT express how grateful I am for the work done by the entire team at Kern! Ryan and Will took excellent care of me and helped me pick out the perfect system for my needs. Then, the technicians showed up (ON TIME!!!) and Anthony and Fernando were awesome! I got a text alert with Anthony's picture before they got here, so I could make sure I knew who was coming to my door, they were very respectful of my house and my things. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very personable and friendly! On top of that, I went from having no air conditioning to being REALLY cool and comfortable! I can't recommend this company enough!!

We have used Kern for AC and furnace maintenance for many years. The technicians and office staff have always been polite, friendly, and efficient. They extended the life of both our furnace and AC through detailed maintenance, and advice to get minor repairs when needed. We enjoyed their service so much that we sought them out for HVAC maintenance in our new home as well. They send a text message with the technician’s picture and name when they are on their way to our house. Always a good experience!

I want to thank Kern Heating for all the help, my furnace broke, Marissa, gave me a quote, explaining clearly me options, and Bob and Candido installed the new furnace. All were great to deal with, and I had heat again! which with 19 degree temps was wonderful.
