Very professional and competent. They did a great job, but it was ridiculously expensive. $500 to bleed 3 registers. I can't afford to do business with this company.

Adam was thorough and conscientious.I am glad he checked the igniter and will get a new one as mine is low performing and I surely don't want that to go out in the cold.He also explained billing which I was very appreciative of.
I didn't like the fact that my appointment window was 8am-10am , and actual visit was around 11.When I called Kern to find out technician's ETA , i was put on hold for 5 minutes and then just got hung up on.

My air conditioning stopped working and Chris was wonderful enough to stop by after hours to take a look. He tried his best to get it working but unfortunately my equipment is old and needs to be replaced. He was pleasant and very professional. I'll gladly use this company again.

Have been using this company for many, many years. They are easy to work with and give you the best options to help you save money. They do our yearly maintenance for our heating and A/C units. I always request Chris because he always does an outstanding job! We had one of our A/C units replaced several months ago and they did a nice job with that too! Definitely consider using them!

We are very pleased with the services offered by Kern heating and cooling. They are very professional and knowledgeable of the work they are doing, Paul Hoskins in particular is absolutely amazing. He has amazing customer service and is genuinely concerned about getting the issues fixed properly and efficiently. He came out the exact same day to figure out the problem and the very next day came with the parts ordered to fix the issue. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

Chris Jewell arrived on time and was very professional during the service visit. He was very friendly and courteous and explained every part of the process. He had the part needed to complete the repairs in his truck and the repairs were completed promptly. He explained the costs prior to doing the repair and explained the invoice, warranty and Gold Membership Club agreements. I was very satisfied with my service today from Kern.

Technician Mike did an outstanding job. In addition to repairing the blower in my furnace, he also noticed leaks in my duct system which were putting carbon monoxide into my home. He was able to do a temporary repair to that so that we could use the system until the new duct pipe was installed. I highly recommend the recommend this company.

Communication was awesome. Dan was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue, then fixed the problem in what I think is record time! Definitely will be using them again, and would recommend their services and professionals!

Micheal C. Was Very professional from the moment he walked into the door. He was very friendly and concerned with my heating issue so he could fix the problem efficiently. As he worked he pointed out honest facts and opinions about my heating and cooling system. I told him about past problems about my unit and who maintenance it and he knew right away what some heating and cooling establishments do to get things done half butted lol. He was absolutely NOT out to temporarily fix my problem but came and fixed my problem and now I'm good for this upcoming winter. Thanks Mike C.
