Gustavo was on time, polite, and very professional. Listened to my description of the furnace problem then went right into diagnosing and correcting the issue. He replaced the door he had to remove and left the area as clean as before he arrived. I would recommend him and Kern for your heating or ac issues.

I had to have my boiler repaired. Water was leaking from it. However, when Kern came to repair it, the boiler wasn't getting any water. So, they did a temporary fix. I had the water issue fixed with a plumber. Kern came out the same day and fixed the water leaking issue on the boiler. It was expensive. However, the problem is fixed and they came back the same day to fix it. Great service!

Kern heating has terrible customer service. Got them to come to my house to ‘fix’ my furnace on Monday morning and then two days later it goes out again. My furnace is only 4 YEARS OLD. called them again today and they said that they would charge me $250 AGAIN for something that wasn’t fixed in the first place. I asked them if I could talk to a manager to see if they could be more reasonable with the price since they didn’t fix it at all in the first place, all they said was “nope.” Unbelievable. Maybe next time fix the furnace the first time, and do your job correctly!!!! DONT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!

Update: if you have older family members who use this company, MAKE SURE to find a new heating company. This place is known for scamming the elderly!! Please make sure to not use this service!!!

I called the morning of Dec 19 and was able to get an appointment same day. Our technician Joe was very knowledgeable and professional with our furnace issue. He informed me every step of the way with what repairs needed to happen, and he was very quick and efficient in his work. Would recommend Ken Heating and cooling!
