Carly(I believe that’s her name) at the office was very pleasant to speak with and got our appointment scheduled. Mike came out to check the heating and cooling systems. We had a very educational chat about maintenance and technology options. He made sure we had the information we needed to keep everything running smoothly until we decide to upgrade. Love Kern’s people and service quality!

I did not expect them to fit me on their busy day so fast. Fixed my furnace within 3 hours of calling Kern. My wife is so happy to sleep now without having electric heaters. On a cold winter day we can trust Kern.

Mike was a very nice guy, but I didn't think he knew what he was doing. he didn't know about humidifiers and he didn't know about duct work, but he did soak me for $269. I will not use your company again nor will I recommend you to anyone. My house is still not as warm as it should be.
