Dan did a fabulous job and was excellent at explaining things and making repairs as needed. It was a pleasure to have him do this work for us. I will ask for Dan on my future HVAC projects!

I had a very good experience with the Kern representative. He diagnostic the problem following a checklist and took pictures at each step of every item inspected. He went one step farther and explained what he was inspecting and whether it had a problem or not.

Very pleased with the service received to have a new AC system installed. Competitive value and level of service in comparison to others (poor service and price gauging). I intend to return when next system needs service. Currently in the process of sending them a referral now!

After using Kern for years and never having a problem , they installed a new water heater and it didn’t last one year. They fixed it and it lasted a little over a year. After fixing it a second time when it failed they replaced the whole unit. It is nice to have good service and comporting to know they back it up.

Knowledgeable technician did a thorough inspection of our Lennox system. Adjustments were made to improve heat flow and humidity. I appreciated that he arrived on time and answered questions that we had related to air quality and moisture output of our Aprilaire humidifier.
