Joe was our technician and did the repairs. He was very polite and showed me what was done. He also took the time to explain my thermostat better to me. This company was very prompt had to order a part and Joe was back here to fix it the next day. Thank you Joe
One problem I do have is getting my billing and receipt statements. I asked Joe, I’ve emailed the company and called the answering service and asked for one still no response. My repair was done a day or two ago. I would have thought I’d get my statement on that day.

We signed up for their yearly service maintenance contract. Gustavo was very professional and detailed with his work. He performed a summer A/C tune up and will be back for a furnace tune up later in the year. I would recommend Kern heating and cooling for anyone looking for honest and quality work done on their HVAC needs. Amazing local business!

Technician was knowledgeable, and showed us before and after photos of minor repair. We have been pleased with their service for the past several years. We appreciate the text that they send letting us know that they are on the way.

Kern's team was great. Called first thing Wednesday morning and they were at my house in less than a couple hours. They diagnosed the problem and presented the plan. When I didn't want to repair my old furnace they had there team present me with multiple options.The next morning the installation team arrived at 8am and before noon the job was complete. They're true professionals and they will be back in a couple of months to install new AC. So glad I choose Kern!

The rep who came over to give us our quote was very knowledgeable, prepared, professional, and polite. As we were signing our financing agreement the rep received a call about that afternoons installation was cancelled and did we want to install our new furnace that afternoon? So we got the quote and install all in one day and i had heat by 4 pm that same day! I was very impressed by their service and skill. I would recommend this company to others!
