We recently purchased a home with the orginal HVAC systems in that were getting to the end of their life.Todd came out and explained what the current issues were and our options to repair or replace the units. He was very straight forward and down to earth. We ended up replacing both units. Todd installed the units himself and went the extra steps to make a clean/tiddy install (trimming up extra wiring outside so it wasn't laying in the dirt, recalking around the house, letting me paint the brackets and do some landscaping when he had the units out). Highly recommend A Quality and will be having them come out for the yearly services.

Todd has done two full installs for my family (furnace, a/c and water heater)...one for me and one for my parents. His estimates were not only very reasonable but also stayed within budget at the end of the jobs. He was on time, prepared, and cleaned up very well after the install. He took the time to explain function, warranty, etc. and answered all questions that were asked. His attention to detail was superb and everything has been working great at both households. If you need any work done, whether a repair or a full install, this is your guy!

Todd was absolutely fantastic. He was quick to come to our home to assess our furnace and took the time to answer our questions. We were extremely pleased with the prompt and excellent service that Todd provided for our very old boiler at a very fair price. Our search for someone to do a pre-season checkup turned into more of an emergency when the old boiler wasn't firing and electric "space heaters" were all we had. Todd had to replace several big parts and got them ordered while he was still at our house so he could install then the next day. Sometimes you wonder if a repairman will know about a really old furnaces of our vintage! Todd was great, explained so much to us and figured out the main problem quickly. In addition to some failing parts, there was an awful soot buildup but he had to clean out. He reset and tested everything several times to make sure the old boiler was working properly. Todd also showed us how to bleed all of the lines to our baseboard heating locations and that made a huge difference to several rooms. We highly recommend A Quality Heating and AC and feel like Todd is now more of a friend that we can always trust in the future! Very nice guy, hard worker, and you can tell he cares about the service his company provides.

Had my furnace go out, saw the good reviews on Google and decided to try them out. Todd took the call was very polite and was able to fit me in in a timely manner. Todd was the one to actually do the service he found the problem, got the replacement parts, and fixed the issue quickly. The price was fair and reasonable. He was also willing to answer all my questions and explain in detail what he was doing and how my particular furnace functions. Would highly recommend, and plan on using them again!

Todd answered our call right away, he asked good questions, he kept us informed of his schedule, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed our furnace issue. Turns out it was a relatively simple repair, and in fact he showed us how a previous contractor had replaced a part with the wrong part (bent it to make it fit) while telling us that we needed a new furnace. Todd took the time to show us how the original part was still there and was not defective, but just needed to be cleaned. Great service!

Very happy with the response time and price. Todd seems very knowledgeable and Professional. I was expecting to have to shell out some serious cash for a new heating unit but Todd noticed I needed a new heat exchanger. He replaced it for a fair price and now I have working heat and don’t have to bury myself under the covers and sleep with sweatshirt on. Very happy.

I would highly recommend using Quality Heating and air conditioning. I had an issue on the weekend and Todd the owner came out that morning. Fixed the issue. However I needed a new furnace. I had him install a furnace and decided to get a new air conditioner. Todd did a fantastic job. Nice man. Very clean with his work. Very punctual. Highly impressed. What a wonderful company.
