Gave Todd a call at 7 am on a rainy humid day due to issues with my a/c unit. The fan motor wouldn't kick on, struggled so I explained that to him and since he had many calls and weather wasn't cooperating he said he would give me a call back shortly. Replacement of the motor would cost around 600, which is a scary number, but I've been told to hold on until he can diagnose the problem. Well guess what...honest person that didn't take advantage of our wallet. Turns out that I ended up paying over half of that and got the unit working again. Thank you for being honest...its something that's very hard to find in most people these days. Highly recommend, thank you.

Todd was an excellent guy, friendly and honest. He was able to come quickly for an AC issue, and gave a fair assessment to say that the unit was still fixable for a decent price rather than replace it.

Technician was polite and carefully explained why the furnace was not heating our home during the recent cold wave. He did find a broken part and replaced just the effected part not the whole system. I was happy to find out the repairs were not going to cost as much as I was expecting.

The third place I called this cold morning because my furnace wasn't working properly. I left a message and was called back within 10 minutes. And he got there in just a few hours. He found the problem and picked up the parts and came back in a few more hours and got it running.
