Todd was super friendly and knowledgeable when I gave him a call about my furnace. He showed up within the hour and had the problem fixed right away. He didn't try to oversell me things I didn't need which I really appreciated. Definitely will call again!

I couldn't be more pleased! I was in the hospital over the weekend and came home to a warm and humid house. Our home is an older one, and we've got Spacepak Air. Todd was able to make the necessary repairs and teach us a lot in the process! He explained everything he was doing and kept it a reasonable price! I'll only call A Quality Heating & Air for future maintenance and repairs!

I can't thank Todd enough for coming to my home on the coldest night in Chicagoland history at 11pm. He diagnosed my problem, which was a frozen intake, and I had heat back and running at my home in no time. Todd was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend him for any repairs you may need.

I used A Quality for a furnace problem based on the positive reviews I read. Our technician arrived on time and was a pleasure to meet. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty inducer) and found the part nearby at a reasonable price. The part was quickly installed and the area was left clean. I plan on using this company again in the summer and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Todd is the owner, and he is amazing! He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and his prices are very reasonable! He really cares about his customers! He is my go to guy for all my HVAC needs!

I used A Quality 2x now. The first time, he serviced my old R22 Central air system and I knew it needed to be replaced. The next time I used A Quality, I had a complete replacement of the Central air unit. He explained my options and I decided it best to replace rather than repair.

The replacement unit was done at a competitive price and done very timely. Will use again and recommend to my friends.

He’s very professional, takes the time to answer every question, and shows exactly what he’s doing, as he’s doing it. He’s an honest and hard working individual and I would highly recommend! I got two AC units and furnaces installed in my home. They were able to get the systems installed quickly for a great price. It's been a few months now and the systems are working great. They were very responsive to my needs and professional. Great job!!!

Saturday 5:00pm repair man arrive to check your not cooling aircondioner Repair man live just five minuts from us . Find the problem right a way and told us it was a easy fix. Did not give as any price or idea about the cost . He change the "Round Motor Dual Run Capacitor,35/5 Microfarad Rating,440VAC Voltage" . Then He told us who ever service the unit B/4 overfill it with Freion and the unit would not work like that. We live here 10 years and newer have the unit services and it was running fine. He "corrected the level". Time He spend here was 1/2 hour total.
The bill:
Part-capacitor ................. .$145.50
X-tra charge for saturday (weekend)...............$160.00
labor 1/2 hour...................................................$ 60.00
Total bill ......................................................... $365.-
I check with Electric Supply Store . US made good quality capacitor sell for $25.00 . We know He have to make profit on parts. Is 7-times mark up normal?? Next day we call him to ask why he did not informed us about the "extra charge for saturday" or not give us estimate.His reply was :- you did not ask and parts are expesive. We feel this is not fair business practice, some could even call it rip- off .

We called late afternoon on a Sunday and they were able to come out that night. Todd was honest and helpful, and was able to switch out a part to get our AC working again. I would definitely use them again!
