My central air went out last week in 98 degree weather. After having several companies assess the situation, I called Todd with A Quality Heating and Cooling. Todd came out immediately and was able to replace my central air and my old furnace at an extremely competitive rate! Now my house is energy efficient and the air is colder than the local morgue!!! Todd was awesome! He told us the night before our appointment that he would arrive between 9 and 9:30 a.m. He called at 8:30 the next morning to say he would arrive between 9:15 and 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, which was not working. It was quite cold out, and only 54 degrees in the house. He told us exactly what needed to be done, gave us the cost to replace the part, and efficiently completed the work. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely use his company again.

Todd was great! We came home from vacation and our furnace wouldn't turn on. He answered right away when we called after business hours and was at our house within an hour! He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend and will definitely call him again for future heating and air conditioning issues.

Todd is great. Furnace went out at 8pm while the house was being shown to be sold and more showings the following morning. Called Todd at 11:30 and he was here by midnight. Had everything fixed within an hour. Even after that we have used him for a couple of the inspection fixes and his communication is above and beyond. As long as we stay within his service area he will be my go to for any HVAC needs. Great guy, great prices, great communication, can't ask for much more.

Definitely would recommend. They where very upfront and honest. They could have easily sold me a new furnace like most company's would. We where able to replace my blower motor and is working great again. Very friendly and personable. Definitely will be using for my future needs and would recommend.

I would highly recommend A Quality Heating and Air Conditioning. After using their services the first time for a furnace check, I felt that they were honest and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They actually informed me that my 30 year old furnace was functioning fine.
I had an issue with my furnace years later and they came out that same day and repaired the blower motor. I was afraid I would be without heat for a day or two but I was grateful that they had come out and repaired my furnace 4 hours after I had called Todd.

We've been a customer since 2005, and have never considered calling anyone else. He has come in emergencies (heat went out) and on regular yearly calls. The owner, Todd, has always serviced our furnace and air....but this year, in our new home, we required a full system overhaul....new "high efficiency" furnace and air conditioner. The maze of duct work required was challenging! He was upfront and honest about time required, as well as price, guarantees, and rebates. He over delivered on everything. He is very personable and easy to be around. We trusted him to work while we were away from our home. 5 stars no doubt!
