I've been working with Todd over the past couple years and he knows his stuff inside and out. From entire A/C replacement to troubleshooting random issues he can pin-point issues and get to the root cause quickly. Todd sets clear expectations and does what he says he's going to do. Like I said at the beginning keep his number handy - one you work with Todd you won't be calling anyone else.

Our AC unit stopped working on us two nights ago. It wasn't a full 24 hours before my main man Todd came out, had us up and running and even matched the best price on the Dual Cap which he replaced. A Quality is definitely an awesome company, they got it done quick and definitely affordable. I would refer them to any and everyone.

I highly recommend calling Todd with your HVAC needs! I called and explained that my air conditioner went out and he was at my front door within 30 minutes. Todd showed me that mice had chewed through some of the wires located inside of the unit. Not only is he knowledgeable and trustworthy, he is also a very nice man! Definitely 5 star service!

Although it was a very busy day. I had a great experience. Todd arrived and went right to work he looked at the situation and knew exactly what to do and how to fix my gas leak and saving me a couple hundred dollars avoiding the “Other Plumbing Company” They live up to their name “A Quality”!

My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far. Todd came as soon as we called. Todd found a part on my unit that was broken and was able to fix the problem and get our air back up and running. Over the next few days, we had out of town guests at our house for my daughters wedding and my air acted up again. I called Todd on a Sunday night and he came right over. Todd felt that my unit needed to be replaced., but Todd was worried about us in the heat. He was able replace a breaker that had blown and had the air back up enough to keep us cool until he could get the unit and get it installed. Thank you Todd for being so thoughtful. I would highly recommend A Quailty to everyone I know. Todd is a very knowledgeable ,professional, fair, pleasant man to work with. We will definitely call him with all our heating and air conditioning needs.

Todd has been out to my house twice this year and he has saved my bacon both times. I am the type of person who does everything myself; from auto repair to roof installs, so I don't often call in for repair help but I am glad that I found Todd.

First was to replace my A/C unit when I attempted (unsuccessfully) to install a new system in my home. He came out and installed a new coil and compressor over a hot and humid holiday weekend and saved me and my family (my wife being 4 months pregnant) from some hot and sleepless nights.

His most recent visit was when the mercury hit 10 below zero and my furnace stopped working. He came over and had a fix in place within hours of my phone call. My furnace stopped working early in the morning. I called A Quality Heating and they were here in a few hours. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Price was good. Service was good. Response time was good. I have trust and confidence in this company and would highly recommend them.

Amazing Company! Completely honest and superb customer service! I called A Quality for a second estimate for my furnace. I was a little suspicious of the first company that came out because this was just a routine annual service call - I've had zero issues with my furnace. Within the first few minutes he was there he said my furnace was no good and needed to be replaced and said my CO emissions were dangerously high. He quoted me over $3300.00 and was pushing me to act fast. I was feeling very uneasy about it and decided to call another company. When I contacted A Quality and explained what was going on he offered to come over and take a quick look at the unit and give me a 'second opinion'. He did a thorough inspection of the furnace and ran a test with his CO detector......there were no CO emissions whatsoever. Furthermore, the furnace was functioning perfectly fine. This company saved me from a HUGE and completely unnecessary expense. A Quality took the time to explain everything to me, educating me a little bit on the inner-workings of a furnace. I am telling all of my neighbors and friends about A Quality! Finally...a service repair provider that I can trust!!!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!

We received excellent service. 84 degrees and humid at 5 pm, then BOOM A/C went out :( Called AQuality and Todd came out in just a little over an hour later, fixed the issue and now our home is nice and cool :). Would have been a very warm night for sleeping without Todd's expertise of A/C units. I would highly recommend this company, as the price was fair and reasonable.

The furnace broke down on a Saturday afternoon. Another contractor wasn't answering our urgent calls, so we reached out to A Quality and Todd cheerfully offered to come take a look at the problem. The work was professional, timely, and the furnace was fixed in a matter of hours. Highly recommended.
