Every company makes minor mistakes, Bill's went the extra mile to make it right.

I had an incredibly minor problem, a small leak caused by a single hose that needed to be tightened. The technician tightened it but then billed me for both the service fee as well as 30min of work. I paid this upfront but then left a review saying that I felt the additional charge was a bit steep for a simple turn of one screw.

Within an hour a very polite man called from Bill's and explained that their technician had made a mistake, and while they do have a mandatory minimum of 30min for labor charges, tightening one hose does not constitute that minimum. They said they would make sure to go over exactly when this minimum is appropriate with their technicians and not only did they refund the additional charge but they refunded my service fee as well. Total refund on all charges, could not be happier with the way they handled this.

Mike and Quentin were fabulous technicians. Not only we’re they friendly and easygoing they were professional, efficient, punctual, thorough and skillful. We highly recommend this team at Bill’s. Thank you Mike & Quentin, Teresea~

River came out to our house to do our yearly heating and a/c maintenance. He was great! He found 2 issues with our a/c that we did not know about. He had to order a part, and it came in the next day. He came out and replaced the part and the day after the part came in. He was very thorough.

Nick and Ryan were fantastic. Made quick and easy work of a big project. Very skilled and efficient team who went above and beyond. Not only did they have the quickest response but the best price. Thanks Nick and Ryan. Blessings.

Wonderful folks to deal with. My new furnace and ac are working amazing Travis Foster and his assistant were very professional and cleaned up after themselves , answered all our questions completely. I am very happy with the amazing job they did.

A lot of prep and additional work was needed to replace my 20+ year old equipment but Adam, Brandon, Mike, Lars, Logan (and a couple more that I did not get names for) were very efficient. They arrived on schedule and did a fabulous job installing a new furnace and water heater for us. A new thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors completed the package flawlessly. Mike even went the extra mile of consideration and repaired the top stair of my deck steps! Thanks guys- you did professional work and left my house clean too!

Oren and Rusty did a fine job in record time! Appreciate all help from Bill's getting me through this process!

Super price and excellent service. Taylor is amazing and So is Chris. I got a bigger, more efficient unit for less than what I was quoted locally. Very nice, professional, quick, and clean!!

Zach W. performed our annual heating and cooling maintenance. He also installed a new thermostat that we requested and did a wonderful job! Zach is very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood how our new Nest thermostat works .. helping us get the App downloaded with our WiFi and walking us through the programming and features. We highly recommend Zach and Bills Heating!

The gentlemen called and were on time prices were definitely within the normal standard.Their customer service and their office ladies were absolutely amazing. techs and electrician Kept me updated every step of the way and gave options during install. Sorry about the garage guys forgot you had to run wires thank for not smashing stuff up really appreciated 👍. My furnace blew up on On Wednesday they were here that next Monday with the full install ready to go! if I ever have to use any service it will be them again for sure thanks again! Btw furnace is amazing, can't wait to use AC this coming summer.
