Oren Stiles did an excellent job installing our new heat pump and air handler. He explained the new system very well and made sure all questions were answered before leaving. Thank you for making the install stress free for us!

My wife and I used Bills Heating and Air to install a new high efficiency unit for our home. They had the best price and product in the area. We are very pleased with our unit but even more pleased with the customer service we received. Garrett and his crew did our install and my wife raved about how knowledgeable he was. Scheduling an estimate was easy, as was the actual install of the new H20 tank.

Jeff W. And Johnathan Mann came and installed a new HVAC system and an Air Conditioning unit. They were very professional, kind and understanding. They explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Without talking down to me or making me feel stupid because I do not understand how some of these things work. They were very efficient. And even cleaned things up after they were done. I would definitely use Bill's heating and Cooling again.

Every step of the way they were responsive, professional, took pride in their work, took the time to explain things. The installation was very sanitary and looks great. The deal we got with the warranty on the furnace and air conditioning unit is fantastic! The install crew took the time to lay protective blankets down on the paths they had to travel so they didn’t dirty the floors. All in all I would recommend these guys to anyone and am extremely happy with the services provided.

Had our furnace and AC system serviced today. This company knows how to hire them. The techs that came out were professional, personable, and good at what they do. Fully explained what was accomplished to me when they were done. Each time we’ve had someone come out for installation or annual service - the techs have been great. Happy to do business with Bills.
