Bill's Heating & A/C

Bill's heating and A/C are amazing. The techs that came out to do the work are very kind, respectful and professional. They installed everything very efficiently and cleanly, cleaned up everything after they were done and informed me very clearly of everything that was done and how to set up the new thermostat. Overall I don't think I could reccomend higher for this company! Not only was Bill's the fastest to come out to evaluate my situation but also the fastest to get the work done and best price compared to other quotes I was given. Thank you to everyone at Bill's for the superstar service and saving my family from these hot days!

Initial person to examine furnace was Cameron. Super polite and knowledgeable! Next morning Ryan and Nic show up to install furnace. Very professional. Did an excellent job and answered all questions. Polite as well!! Would recommend these guys anytime. Thanks a bunch! Brenda & Steve.

Blake and David came and installed a new furnace and my free AC unit because I purchased it during their promotion. They were on time courteous and communicated well. The electrician that I do not know the name of is a stud! Instead of running conduit around the house he went through the attic and made it super clean. Thanks Bills!

Taylor was so good and so thorough I am pleased to sing his praises. He not only fixed the problem electrical problem with the air conditioner but traced down a further problem that went all the way to the furnace in the Attic and discovered that wires there had melted. He repaired those also. Now our air conditioner works well. I was very pleased that Bill's company would do the work for us whereas others that I called said it would be about a week. It's july. It's hot. We have company coming. Bill's did the job and did it well.

Kyle and Brandon installed a new furnace and AC unit in our home today and we can't say enough good about them! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and loved our dog! We feel they went over and above and made us very happy we decided to go with Bill's Heating and AC.

Where do I start…. From the second that I called, the service was exceptional. Zack came out for a quote and spent 2 hours going through every possible angle. We have an odd house made of massive Ponderosa pines with old infrastructure… our hot water heater had just taken a turn as well so he bundled heat, ac and hot water heater. The follow up to schedule install was FAST and the crew arrived promptly this morning. Floyd Turner was the project manager and lead installer and was amazing ALL DAY. These guys had journeyman plumbers, electricians… and Floyd was here busting hump all day and into the evening. Great manners, great with the dog, totally trustworthy as I was having to come and go. Can’t give Bill’s and Floyd and crew enough stars!

I am beyond impressed by the customer service and professionalism of this company and their employees. Gavin did an amazing job with our new AC installation. He was quick and efficient while being so willing to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond as he addressed a few concerns that needed to be looked at by a plumber. Texas assisted him and was equally willing to go above and beyond. He moved an ant hill that was close to the house and leveled out our old concrete pad for the AC unit. I will not use another company after this experience.

Really great service from start to finish. They do their best to work with the client financing the job, their installers and estimators are clean and professional, and the actual work done is top notch. My family couldn't be happier.

My only qualm was with their quality control guy. The atmosphere was kind and cooperative between the installers until he showed up to sign everything off. Almost immediately there was berating, saying "this is why you're never on the top of my pick list," and similar talk. My line of work has quality control personnel also, but they can at least be professional and constructive with their behavior and language.

All said, 9/10, and too good of a business to just leave at 4 stars.

They beat a competitor’s price. They had a cancellation and so fit me in a week early. I got texts in advance, telling me someone was in route and the names of who would be showing up with a picture so I could be comfortable with knowing who I was opening the door to. Adam, Brennan, Eric, and the scheduling office were all awesome. Everything was better than I expected. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
