Bill's Heating & A/C

Bill's has been our "go to" company for our heating and A/C service. They responded last year to a capacitor and contactor issue on our A/C condenser and they fixed the issue very quickly at a reasonable cost. We recently had another issue with the fan motor not working. We had the same excellent response, however, this time we were quote nearly $1,600 to replace the fan motor. I thought that seemed really expensive so opted to try to do the work myself. I was able to source a new motor from Goodman for $150 and it took less than an hour to install it. I understand that having a professional do the work will be more expensive and had expected it to be around $200 for the motor and another $200 for the labor. Even $500 would have been a reasonable charge but I don't understand why it would cost $1,600 for something that simple. Their $59 service call charge is awesome but now I'm now reluctant to call them for other repairs due to the inflated repair cost from our latest experience.

Bills was great to work with! Jesse and Matt came early morning swapped out the old for the new. The work was clean and professional. The new system works wonderful. Will always recommend Bills for any HVAC work needing done. Thank you!

Just had our boiler & tankless H20 heater installed by Bill's Heating & AC team - what an outstanding job by Installers Mike & Quentin and electrician Logan. We have struggled with an ancient boiler system and a cold home for over 4 years. We met with Mike and Quentin last Tues for a very informative eval of our current system needs. Install was scheduled and completed on Friday!

The entire team was professional, polite and took great care to make sure that every aspect of this new service was completed perfectly. Mike & Quentin also took the time to walk us through system features and did a complete system check to make sure all was working perfectly before the team left. Logan even installed a light in the boiler closet to brighten the access. The crew completed cleaned all work areas and hauled off all the old boiler parts.

We would highly recommend Bill's Heating & AC to anyone needing HVAC services. We are customers for life. Thanks Again!

Addendum for INSTALLERS:
Google wouldn’t allow me to give new feedback for the New Furnace and A/C installation today (“you already left feedback for this company”), so I’m adding this for the AWESOME techs at my house today!

Two installers - Gavin and “Texas,” performed my installation. Great communication, on time, friendly, professional, perfect in every way, even helped me put some heavy bags away, thoughtful of my stroke!

I also met the two electricians from Bill’s named “Andrew” and “C.J.”, who were so efficient that they were done before I even knew they were here, but I met both and was impressed!

Everyone was awesome and helpful, and explained the new equipment well. I can’t think of anything they could have done better! Thank you so much!!

Had a great experience with Bill's Heating & A/C. They were able to come out and assess our issue the same day I called. Other attempts with companies were 2-3 weeks out. Matt Miller came out and was timely, knowledgeable and offered multiple options to help resolve issues. Got on schedule to have HVAC and A/C units replaced in one week but due to cancellation Bill's was able to schedule job 2 days later. Bryan Henninger and Lyndon arrived to do install and they were both very professional and efficient in their work. What I probably appreciate the most is that everyone I dealt with at Bill's was very customer service oriented and friendly. Thanks to Bill's for making an unfortunate situation a positive experience.

Great company and great team. They came out right away to give me a bid. Gave me the best bit I had received and then showed up on time the day they were supposed to and did the whole furnace replacement with heat pump in one day. I would highly recommend bills heating

Brandon and Billy removed all of our old equipment and replaced both the AC and the furnace with new, efficient products. They did a great job and Bill's offers 18 month same as cash financing that made it easy to replace the equipment even though it was unexpected.

Our install team Bryon and Lyndon did a great job installing our new system, and not only replacing, but improving much of our ductwork. They were prompt, professional, and helped walk me through the system functions upon completion of our new furnace & heat pump. And when the job was done, they actually cleaned up after themselves! I definitely recommend Bill’s, and truly appreciate the great work their install professionals did on our install job!👍

My wife and I would like to Thank several employees with Bill’s. We would like to Thank Zach for his quick response this morning. He was very personable, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to make a few adjustments and took the time to clearly explain everything about our new system. Great representative. We would like to Thank Josh for his professionalism. He has a great personality and as usual was very polite. He took the time to further explain some of the details of our new system, which were extremely helpful. Bill’s is fortunate to have such an outstanding young man on there staff.

We had Jesse Hepner and Brennan Hamilton and they were so amazing! definitely recommend the company especially these two they were kind and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were even kind to our pets.
