I have used Bills twice. Once to repair my old gas fireplace and the second to replace it with a new unit. The first time using Bills was great. The second time around, the install of a new unit, there were some serious communication issues. That being said once I got in touch with Paul today the install was completed without any further issues.

They get 4 starts because the communication issue could have easily been resolved with a call to keep me updated. Once Paul got in contact with me my concerns were addressed promptly and a tech was out to my house to complete the job without further issue. All the technicians who came out were always friendly and straight shooters.

I'm happy so far with my new fireplace and am more confident in using Bills in future repairs.

Our bid from Bill's was the best bid we got. The service was fantastic, timely and very professional. The service people we got to install a new heating and air system were so polite and friendly, not to mention knowledgeable. Our guys were Gavin and Texas and they worked hard and long. The communication was good and they answered any questions we had. Gavin left his phone number in case we had other questions later. They also laid cloth down so as not to scratch the floors. They cleaned up any mess they made and left my home as they found it. It was great working with the company, and Gavin and Texas.

Blake & Dave showed up to take a look at my venting. Our system was installed by Bill’s two years ago. What pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable young men. They also helped me fix my thermostats. Every time I’ve dealt with Bill’s it’s been a great experience. I completely recommend them!

Shane M. was prompt & courteous. He started with our gas fireplace and completely dismantled it to thoroughly clean it. It now looks better than new! He then took care of our A/C and furnace. He explained what he was doing & answered all our questions.

Yesterday we had a new air condition installed for Brandy Miller, my daughter in law. The technicians, Brandon and Billy were wonderful. They explained everything as they went along. The high efficiency heat pump I chose was a York from Bills heating. It has a +/-10.5 heat efficiency rating, which will cut my heating bill by almost 90%.
After competitively bidding the job, Bills unit had the best payback of the available heat pumps, with a bonus of providing AC in the summertime for this area, but the heating cost offset is the source of payback.
You will get a high value hvac system from Bills and they’ve treated me right!

Amazing customer service. I needed my furnace and heat pump from the 80’s replaced. From first contact through quoting and financing to the final install took only 4 days. During that time the wonderful office staff ran down rebates to help pay for the equipment. My installer Corbin and his helper…Josh (I think) were amazing, courteous and professional. They made sure to involve me at key points in the installation to make sure everything is exactly how I wanted it. Beautiful install, the attention to detail was simply amazing.
