We were so impressed with Bill's Heating and A/C. Kyle and Carson did a phenomenal job installing our new A/C unit and furnace. They were courteous and professional and did a great job everything thoroughly to us. We are so relieved to have our house COOLING DOWN!!! Thanks so much!

Gavin Thorsen and Texas Manson did an amazing job. Worked all day in the heat and installed a new heat pump and furnace for us! They kept our house clean and were so respectful of the kids and animals running around. Our whole experience was incredible from start to finish. Great job Bill’s Heating and AC!!! Bills heating and cooling are great. When I called i spoke to a lovely young lady Char she made me an appointment right away as this was in February. A very nice man his name was Doug came out poor guy it was so cold n I had lots of snow where my heat pump is located. He answered all my questions and told me what needed to done he took care of it. I was so Happy . I would recommend Bills Heating n Cooling. Thank u.

Outstanding service!! It was a weekend 85 degrees and the air conditioning stopped working. I called three other Hvac companies in the Spokane area none of them returned my call. Bill's Hvac returned al my calls, diagnosed my equipments problems and was able to give me a repair quote immediately. I would recommend Bill's Hvac to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price!!!

Trevor and crew arrived 10 minutes after their appt window began. Did an excellent job installing our new tankless water heater. They cleaned up all areas they worked in, which was greatly appreciated. Quote was reasonable and accurate. Will definitely use their service again.

Appreciate the team led by Taylor to install our mini-split. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very reasonably priced. Very happy with the results. Won't hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Installed new gas hot water tank and system. Mike and Quinten are very professional, knowledgeable, didn't mind that we were watching them do the job, used tarps on floor, cleaned things up before they left, answered all our questions. Would recommend them. Thank You

We upgraded a 20 year old A/C system to a larger and much more efficient heat pump. Looking forward to lower bills next winter. Bills did a fantastic job at all points. One week from first call and free estimate to installation. Very happy so far and would highly recommend!

Our AC broke down and Matt came out to diagnose the issue. Sadly we needed a whole new unit. They also recommend replacing the furnace. They gave us 2 options on how to proceed. We chose the one with a heat pump. They were out less than a week later to install everything, they were finished the same day. Wen did run into a few hiccups with the system and Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were fully functional.
On a side note I really appreciate how professional Matt was. As a woman sometimes I feel like repairmen talk to me like I don't understand or I can't comprehend what they are doing. Matt and the many others who were here were never like that and it made a great experience even better.
We will always use Bill's and definitely recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC work done. 10/10 stars.

Let me just start by saying we are business owners who have little to no time to get big tasks done and have very high standards for professional services. Bills Heating went above and beyond!! Their quote was much lower than a competitor, Blake, our salesman, was very informative and friendly. Even went so far as to double check some rebates and saved us even more money. Then they were able to do a full heat pump AND water heater tank replacement in 5 hours the very next day!! Very impressed and will be recommending to everyone!!
