Exceeded my expectations! Quote on Tuesday, install team on Wednesday. My install team of Texas and Matt were wonderful from the start. Perfect gentleman from start to finish. Could not have had a more efficient team to install our split packs. They went above and beyond to explain what they were doing, always asked me if I had any questions and left my little house spotless. They are an amazing team and everyone who has them install their units should feel very lucky! Amazing company!

The good experience started with the sales team. Adam was here on time, polite and really helped explain the unit we wanted. Today we had Pat and Marc install our new heat pump unit. They were polite, neat, and worked quickly and efficiently to get our AC working. We chose Bill’s Heating and A/C because the price was right for a high efficiency unit. Highly recommend them.

Jacob who inspected our old system and did a follow-up check of the new system, did a great job of explaining step by step the process of inspecting the system and making sure it would go into heat and cool modes, answered all my questions and left me confident that our new system will serve us well!
The installers: Adam and Dylan were both very professional. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot) they finished the Heat pump/ furnace install the same day! Definitely a 5 star review!!! I would recommend Bill's to everyone! Thanks again guys!!!

Excellent service- worked with our schedule and got us a new system set up quickly. Justin and his coworker were in and out without issue, then Oren and the other tech put in our new heat pump and coil. Super polite and amazing customer service. For AC/furnace install at the beginning of summer in less than 2 weeks from 1st contacting them was awesome!
They gave us an on-site estimate basically same day we called them and had it installed a week later which was a week before our longtime AC company could even get out here to diagnose.

We just had a new heat pump installed at our home. We had Zach PP and Marc from Bill's doing the install. Both of these two gentlemen did a phenomenal job with the install. I am shocked at how efficient these two men put together this system. They were courteous and extremely professional. They did a great job of cleaning up the areas they needed to work in and were super friendly the entire time. I had several questions for them that they answered in great detail. I am extremely happy with the service we received. Will definitely recommend Bill's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone I can. As an after thought we had their electrician Travis do the power connections to our existing service panel. He did a great job as well and was very precise with his work. He also gave us additional options for how to run the power which was nice, we did go with what he recommended as it was the path of least resistance! Thank you again for the work, we will be truly enjoying the summers now at our house!

James and Gabe did a great job installing our new furnace and heat pump/AC system. We moved to Spokane in early May from a cooler climate and we were immediately faced with 90° temperatures! And, the AC system we were told was working, failed to launch! So we called Bill’s Heating & Air, got a great deal on a quality York system, and they were out within four days to complete the installation. our experience with Bill’s was fantastic!

Called to have them help me understand my new homes air cleaner system. Once it was clean it wouldn’t come back on. I called the next day and a second technician came out but was unable to resolve the issue. Third time was a charm and everything is working well again.

Bill's Heating A/C gets my vote as being one of the best companies we've worked with for house remodeling.

They were professional, timely, and had very competitive pricing. My wife won't stop shrieking with excitement over how nice the vent fan installation turned out.
